I am glad you brought up the fact that there's around 550,000 gun owners in this state. It's something I've noticed when it comes to signing these petitions. sticking their neck out. They don't want anything to do with helping. there's no excuse. Don't let these people scare you. That's exactly what they want.I signed hundreds of things for all these pro 2A Organization's. And I donate on a regular basis to at least a handful of them. Maybe just try one or two, especially the ones here in Massachusetts like GOAL. they are fighting for our rights. the number of people participating is extremely low. it's pathetic. I get it. You're a little scared. signing this piece of paper. They're gonna come after me or something like that. They're not going to do shit. Even if you have friends that do not own firearms, have them sign.I know people who aren't allowed to get their license because of stupid things that happened to them. Really stupid things, And they're the first ones. That will sign me things and they love it because they're still allowed to vote. And it's kinda like saying I'm still gonna help my fellow. If it has anything to do with gun control, it is Illegal, and Unconstitutional. Massachusetts legislature has no legal lawful constitutional authority or jurisdiction to pass any gun laws or bans whatsoever under: 1.) The supremacy clause. 2.) Article 4 Section 2 Paragraph 1. 3.) 2nd. Amendment shall not be Infringed clause. 4.) 9th Amendment, enumeration clause. 5.) 10th Amendment, nor prohibited by it to the States clause. 6.) No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States clause combined.

I totally agree with you. I’ve been here all my life grew up in the suburbs now I live in Boston makes me sick. I did get my application in June 5 to Boston. My wife as well. We will see what happens. I’m glad I did this before the law change. Boston police said don’t misplace your receipt lol. My repose was don’t misplace my application. Everyone laughed. I joined GOAL. I donated, and I’m going to the fundraiser. I’m going to help put a STOP to this tyranny.

A person cannot just disagree with a law in order to sue in Court. One must have standing, and in this type of situation, it means some form of damages must have occurred, such as seizure or due process violation, loss of liberty, other damages from the application of a constitutionally vague statute.

Also, there must be no more than 25% of the 50,000 per county! Or 12,500 in at least 4 counties! Can’t be 50,000 in just one county to be able to be on the ballot!

Hi guys I meant to preface this video with the fact that there’s not really any new information regarding the petitions right now! They’ll be in person and available around the state at gun shops and local clubs. GOAL is heading this up but they haven’t released any more info yet. Can a list of locations where people can sign the required paper petition be listed with times and dates available? I don't necessarily expect to see tables placed outside the local supermarket. Is there some way to bring petitions for signing to friends and relatives who may be willing to sign, but unable to find time to travel to petition locations. Winning the vote does not become a possibility until sufficient valid petitions get signed. Just getting it on the ballot may help back-off some of the elected opposition.

This bill ultimately is just an amped up version of what was already law. Even if we were to win, we're still stuck with horrendous infringements on our liberty. It'd be like removing a speedbump from a pothole. I believe our only hope is SCOTUS - either through cases currently making their way up, or cases more directly related to this bill. Massachusetts has already changed policy based on Bruen by switching to "shall issue" licensing. There's realistic hope that they'll also obey rulings on semi-autos and capacity restrictions as well.

Unfortunately I don't think there will ever be complete relief in Massachusetts. Even if all these onerous rules are thrown out the progressive super majority will never stop creating more heinous law.
