I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life. The gun control has nothing to do with gun crimes.It's the people. Most of us have this type of respect. Its a Boston responsibility for ourselves and everybody around us. That's what makes the difference it's not there laws.

Here’s the thing. I put my application in for Boston the first of June before 8/1/24. I’m glad I did that. Mass is getting on my nerves at this point. Let the lawsuits begin. MSP has stated any certificate after 8/1 can’t be used for a LTC. 🤔 my wife put her application in as well. We both took the course with live fire. They better not get funny with this shit moving forward.
If it has anything to do with gun control, it is Illegal, and Unconstitutional. Massachusetts legislature has no legal lawful constitutional authority or jurisdiction to pass any gun laws or bans whatsoever under: 1.) The supremacy clause. 2.) Article 4 Section 2 Paragraph 1. 3.) 2nd. Amendment shall not be Infringed clause. 4.) 9th Amendment, enumeration clause. 5.) 10th Amendment, nor prohibited by it to the States clause. 6.) No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States clause combined.
As a Bostonian, be careful posting stuff like this they’ll use it against you. It may be freedom of speech, but watch it one way to deny license they’ll say your radical.
The only thing I agree on in the bill, was the live fire and teaching people about the self-defense laws in the state during licencing. Everything else needs to be thrown out!
