Did Jesus lie when he made those promises/prophecies? No! Only GOD (Jesus is the Son of God and therefore also God) has the ability to empty himself of the foreknowledge he had when he was in heaven with the Father in order for him to make a bona fide, truthful offer of marriage, the kingdom, and the inauguration of the new covenant to his chosen people. When his intended bride Judah said no, he divorced her in the same manner as the friends of Joseph advised him to do to Mary when it became obvious that she was “with child” - to quietly “put her away” which was considered a divorce even though the couple was only betrothed at that time. Israel and Judah were put away permanently by God at Acts 28:28-31 and there is no indication they will ever be reconciled in the future. Faithful individuals from that prophetic dispensation (Gen-Acts) will be translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son along with those individuals saved since the mystery gospel was introduced (Ephesians 3:9, Colossians 1:25-26) after that divorce. Paul’s announcement in Acts 28:28 was the precursor to the Gentile salvation we have today according to the revelation of the mystery. There’s no unsolvable problem in regard to the earthly ministry of Jesus to the chosen people; and Paul’s and the other apostles’ ministry to the Jews and Greeks in Acts; and then finally, Paul’s ministry - after Acts ended in failure for the nation of Judah as a whole - to the world at large without any distinctions, according to the revelation of the mystery (Eph 3:9, 2:8&9) that takes the world right to and through the return of Christ (Col 3:4) and the establishment of his kingdom (Col 1:13), the earth restored to its original glory populated with the people of faith from the beginning of the world!

The scriptures are completely true and reliable and inspired by God. In respect to the prophetic verses of the Old Testament and the prophetic words of Jesus, the prophecies and promises were completely sincere and valid, but they were obviously contingent upon Judah as a nation acknowledging that Jesus of Nazareth was indeed the prophesied messiah. The leaders of Judah had a period (Acts) of 40 years (a generation) to make their decision - and they decided to reject him, resulting in the permanent divorce that God gave them at Acts 28:28-31 KJV. God then revealed the mystery (opposite of prophecy) to Paul which changed the parameters of salvation from that of a National/corporate redemption for the nation of Judah and the prophesied Greeks that were used to provoke the Jews to jealousy in a bid to convert more of them (Deut 32:21, Romans 11:11 KJV) and who were prophesied to come to the rising of the chosen people (Isaiah 60:3 KJV); and if enough Jews believed because of the “fulness of the Gentiles” (Romans 11:25 KJV), the lost sheep of the house of Israel would automatically be saved into the kingdom by proxy. The promises were valid but God will not force anyone to love him or his Son or to have faith in him; and that is why those prophecies of an imminent second coming of the Messiah were made to the (formerly) chosen people, but they failed to receive them by their own stubborn pride (Romans 10:3 KJV)! Jesus Christ will return to earth and receive his (not Israel’s or Judah’s) kingdom while the world is still operating according to the mystery revealed to Paul after the divorce in Acts 28:28-31 KJV; and which changes salvation from having been a corporate/national offer to an offer of eternal life in that kingdom established during the Mystery dispensation on an INDIVIDUAL basis by faith, retroactive to the creation of man.

11:17 Yes, I am catching your drift here. Jesus was about to come to all believers in kingdom glory after His death and resurrection to God’s right hand of favour, with His new glorified body. The footnote makes us doubt verses 9-20... if pastors/translators got rid of them, there would be 666 verses left. In Mark's Gospel of all places. Where is Acts 8:37? Every single modern translation come from corrupt source manuscripts. Please research the beautiful history of the KJB, (difficult because satan hates the KJB and is trying to rewrite its history). Don't expect to understand everything abkut it, the KJB would be like trying to understand God, not meant to be easy but meant to be correct. 1 Cor 1:25. If you believe all of revelation is fulfilled, could you please explain the present state of the world where kids are being taught transgender garbage, being taught there is no God of creation, we have one war after another my entire life (im in my 60's), etc, etc ...i could go on and on about the evil of this present world...can you explain how this is possible if satan is thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone to be tormented day and night for ever and ever? Verse twenty-eight is talking about those who are present as disciples during his return. His destined time of his return to those disciples who have saved their souls will not see death at all. As in verses twenty-four through twenty-six. The word "YOU" in this scripture refers to Christ Jesus's disciples. "Truly I say to YOU..." You are living in the last generation before his return. The transfiguration was the return of Elijah to set matters straight before his return. Matthew 17, 11 & Malachi 4, 5. You really don't believe Jesus is talking to you today? The first commandment of your Creator was to be fruitful and fill the earth. That is your timetable to the end of this system. Harvest time.

I love your commitment to the meaning of the Greek words, it changes everything. A pure literal translation of the Bible was actually the first English translation from the original languages - Wiliiam Tyndale's 1534 New Testament. Tyndale rightly translated the word Ekklesia as congregation - a comparable modern word would be assembly or gathering. Tyndale was hunted down on mainland Europe, and burned at the stake for bringing the Word to the people in their own tongue. There is no inference of a building, denomonation, worship service, or believer's at large. It's a deliberate political move to insert a word that is simply not in your Bible.

Just a thought. I think you’re spot on. It seems to me, the key is the question, “When does His Kingdom start?” I believe it was after His resurrection. So much of what you are pointing out makes sense and this study on the word Mello(w) is eye opening to say the least. I am new to the Preterist way of interpreting the Scriptures and am the first to admit that I don't have everything figured out, especially the so called END-Time things and am learning all the time. We are not going to agree about everything and even Jesus said that His Word(s) would cause division and things like putting a father against a son, mother against daughter, etc ... in the Last Days. Right now, I understand better what you are saying with some things, but I do have a concern about the idea He already came back and this needs some more clarification. This is not an attempt at a gotcha by any means, but in my understanding, how could He have come back when it is said that Every eye would see HIM and Confess He is Lord when HE returned? Here are a few words that are mistranslated. Gentiles. Should always be Nations, simply nations. It does not mean "non-Jew. The context determines the who. Many times it is the Ten Northern Tribes. Ephesians 2:12 aliens. The word is a verb and should be alienated. Colossians 2:14, handwriting. The Greek says "bill of debt" It is our sin. Philippians 2:15, harmless. The Greek says "unmixed". That one will be hard for most to handle, but is accurate in the Greek and with the rest of scripture. Scripture is not politically correct. The world is upside down, not the Kingdom of God.
