Looks like a dupe of Flex Leverage press 👍. Which is GOAT
@@adamzachara3507 yeah it feels really close to it. I’ve used that machine except the handles are independent on this one which is better. It’s also smaller, but it does not converge as much but for $800 it’s the best machine I’ve bought. It definitely feels close to it
Does this target upper chest?
@@joekiat3519 all parts of the chest will be worked but more of an emphasis on mid and lower chest. U will need an incline movement to target upper chest more. The best affordable option is the Powertec Multipress what you can do a great flat press, incline press, shoulder press and chest supported back rows all on one machine for around 1000$ or used usually much cheaper
Lifting makes me hungrier and I end up eating more than I would if I don’t workout 😅
@@adamzachara3507 really interesting I find with more cardio I get hungry but lifting I seem to be okay. Have u found any way to help yourself?
I like to have a few beers and those along with the associated bad eating choices and occasional missed workouts just keep me fat. I’ve had to cut right back but it would be easy to let that slip.
@@31BT yeah I know a lot of people like their beer. Luckily, I’m not a drinker. I never like the taste for me. That would be like a bag of chips. I found some healthier alternatives and I found if I didn’t do it for like a week or two, which was hard the craving would start to go away, but that first week would be very, very difficult To cut everything out is alot maybe not having beers and then letting yourself have beers the next day so at least half the time you’re making the better decision. Sometimes people do too much all at once and I would literally just make small changes like work out just once a week and cut out the beers every other day do that for two weeks. And just get used to that. It’s hard for me to do stuff like that because I want to be so fast with my weight loss that I end up yo-yo all the time.
Finally someone having good technique, you got it bro
@@vwouse596 hey thanks man sincerely appreciate that been working on my range of motion and it has improved my shoulder health although because of the arc of this machine, I have to be careful not to go too deep, but with my other chest press in my garage, I can go deeper and it really helped with shoulders. Thanks for ur comment !
@IRON-PHOENIX You know what else can help your shoulders? Lateral raises like lying on incline bench sideways raises with 4-5 seconds eccentric and Lu raises. If u use less weight (10+ reps kind of weight) they are save and can drastically improve range of motionn and shoulder health because they can help you explore deeper ROM with low pressure in both lengthened and contracted positions. I made my bro do Lu raises 14+ reps for basketball for shoulder strength and stability even though they are not very best peaks for hypertrophy they are damn good overall and have transitions to various sports like weightlifting, volleyball, basketball and such if in long term you are planning to play them I highly suggest you do them, because in some cases when people start to lose weight and participate in other sport activities their lost fat makes them move freely but muscles and tendons might not be ready for high intensity sports.
@ amazing I’ll start incorporating that today. I have done the incline branch side races, but not lately and I’ve never done Lu raises so I’ll throwthose in too. Thanks 🙏

Im assuming the cushions on the chest pad makes it that the pull is actually shorter keeping the weight plates within the gravity range to not lessen the resistance. Great idea, or you can rig it up to a functional trainer like I did.
@@gariejoyce5263 good catch the first reason I use the cushions is for greater stretch and comfortability, and yes, it does let me change the resistance curve a little bit more this way I’m seated from the machine at the contraction so it lets off a lot more if I want it to be a little bit heavier at the contraction I’ll remove the cushions. And obviously what you said to keep the gravity on at the stretch even more you had yours up into a functional trainer? You also have one of these I’ve never ever seen it before. Awesome 👏
@@IRON-PHOENIX I don’t have that exact machine. I have the Syedee chest supported row with the wide handles for upper back/ rear delts and the 360 degree spinning narrow handles for lats. It’s similar to the one Valor makes except you’re able to raise the seat quite high to hit the lats when using the narrow rotating handles. The valor seat doesn’t raise up high enough to hit the lats when using the narrow handles. I was able to connect it to one side of my functional trainer using chain collars and a 2 to 1 cable attachment connected to my Functional Trainer. It feels exactly like a selectorized machine with constant tension thru out the whole range of motion. I still put two 25’s lb plates on each side to give me more tension in the stretch position since with the Syedee/Valor the tension drops off significantly when in the shortened position which is not necessarily a bad thing. Essentially Its set up like a prime fitness smart technology seated Row
@ yes okay I used to have a similar one, bodysolid and titan makes those too. I ended up selling for the Ironax/gronk seated row. As it was much better built and has a much better movement path. I also did what u did before and connected daisy chains to the handles and connected it to my functional trainer too lol. Very cool. This is the second seated row I own. I would like one more seated row machine and a incline converging chest press
@@IRON-PHOENIX another seated chest supported row ? Im looking at the Temple of Gainz chest supported Tbar row. Space is a premium in my Bedroom gym so I gotta get rid of something to make room for this piece. I swear I might start putting equipment in my living room if I can’t part with one of my other piece. Btw You got some pretty cool stuff bro
@ yeah like I still want one more seated row machine that’s just a straight mid pull no divergence kind of like the prime seated row life fitness pro seated row And then I want one more chest press, which is an incline convergence chest press and there’s a few different ones but mega mass makes a crazy one But that’s way too expensive. I almost was able to get a magnum biangular incline chest press pin loaded for $800 delivered, but then the guy brother-in-law decided to keep it. 🤦♂️ OK, great I’m gonna check out that machine you’re talking about and thank you. I really enjoy the garage gym and the basement gym that I have for the winter and rainy days when you really use this stuff multiple times a week it’s incredibly valuable. I think I can squeeze two more machines in my garage if I bring my PowerTech multi press into the basement and then sell my leverage gym which is in the basement because the power tech multi press is just a better station for pressing and rowing.
Max complicity is only 220 lbs or is that per horn?
@@joekiat3519 yes per horn
@IRON-PHOENIX Do you know if AKFIT Fitness Specialty Store in Canada is a legit company ?
FYI my fav potato chips are Doritos and sour cream and onion. So hard to not have those rn 😂
I followed instruction to adjust the handles many times, but the handles still not look even! Is your machine too?
@@JaydenD. which instructions? I did have the same issue and I figured out how to fix it and I let someone else know on Reddit and they fixed it too. What you do is you put 45 pounds on the handle that is uneven and just pull it back about half of a worth and let it go, and it will slam down and if you do that a couple of times it seems to even it all out I believe my left handle was a little bit higher. I don’t really remember, and when I moved the machine a few months ago, it did the same thing and I fixed it the same way again I think it’s just a slight bend or unevenness in the floor or in the frame and, letting the handle fall down with a bit of weight knocks it back into place
lol
Yes it is made in Asia for Impulse Fitness, Taurus, Gronk and so on. The only downside is, that it is made of 2,5 mm Steel instead of 3 or 4 mm steel which is used for high quality commercial gym equipment. But for 800 Euro it is also a lot cheaper so it is ok, I guess.
@@carlcarlson3616 I’m not sure what that is in Gauges. In Canada, we go by gauge of steel I think 2.5 mm is 14 gauge steel this definitely feels thicker than that but I can’t be sure but I feel like it’s at least 12 gauge with 3 mm because I have something that’s 14 gauge and this feels a lot stronger than that, but it is plenty heavy duty enough for me. Gronk fitness website says 11 gauge steel. Which is 3.4 mm I think

Good hack, I tried it and works as advertised!
@@grendeldog01 amazing hope it opened up some more versatility for your workouts!
Been thinking about getting this one. Got a few question for you man: 1) is this wall mounted or do you just have plates on the back? I’m thinking if I don’t wall mount it, maybe I’ll throw some sandbags on the back or something if it has room for it. 2) How stable does it feel? Would you feel comfortable pushing solid weight on a low row or lat pull down? 3) Do you have the aluminum or nylon pulleys? I don’t need a commercial gym feel but I’m curious if it feels smooth enough to not interrupt the workout. 4) Saw your video about making the single stack into a chest fly with those attachments. Do you think that setup works well enough to get the BOS without the arms over this machine? Let me know how you compare those two machines in terms of stability and features. Let me know your thoughts man. Great content.
Hey thanks for your comment 1. It is not wall mounted I have plates on the back and I recommend putting plates on the front legs too if you are doing any movements when the pulleys are low and u are pulling up heavy like upper back rows. It’s best for the whole thing to be weighed down. Sand bags work but I like plates because I still press my bench right up to the bottom legs for exercises and sand bags would get in the way. 2. This is subjective, I don’t train extremely heavy. I am only in it for hypertrophy, I will only put as much weight as I need to get slow and controlled reps in my range. The machine limit is 330 pounds. And I would personally never get that high tbh. The cables are thinner than usual cables u would see in a gym. I would say if you want to max out the weight and grip and rip and not bolt this down this isn’t the machine for you. If you train with good form then it’s an amazing. If you are a big bodybuilder on gear and u need very heavy weight to stimulate then i would say you need something more robust. That said i do decent lat pull downs and chest supported rows and chest presses and the machine feels great. Just I like more stretch than the feet provide so I have to sit further and anchor my feet on 2x4 or something resting against the frame bottom 3. I have the aluminum pulleys, I have not used the nylon pulleys but upon spinning both pulleys in my hand they both felt smooth and spun well. I sprayed the inside of each pulley with silicone spray and I greased the guide rods. It is very smooth, I cannot say for certain because I have not used the nylon pulleys but they do feel cheaper and normal nylon pulleys like on my levergym. I am glad I got the aluminum pulley. In my opinion in the machine is not that expensive you might as well do that upgrade. You can always do it later. They are not that hard to change. 4. The hack works well enough if your primary goal is to get a more robust machine. That’s it and the only thing the bells of steel has over. This is the quality of the machine. The customer service has been great from this company eonfit will this machine last as long? probably not is this more versatile in every single way yes, as you can see in this video doing things like cross body tricep extensions, and attaching it to my bench which seriously changes the exercise of the leg curl and leg extension isn’t possible With other single stack even with my hack this is because having two independent pulleys that can move and not be obstructed by a bar is something you can’t hack around. The cable tower that I have in my garage that I showed the hack for is much sturdier than the bells of steel it’s the xmfitness single stack in Canada but I got for 500 used market. The bells of steel cable tower is less stable than both my cable towers the eonfit comes with two weight horn storage pegs and the bos comes with none. However for lat pulldown this is the best machine I have because of the full stretch. It comes with the leg roller and goes taller than any other. You can’t even do pulldowns on the bells of steel. You can try but you would have to sit on the floor and then there’s nowhere to put your legs and I don’t like doing any exercises from the floor. All in all in terms of stability they’re both pretty similar in terms of build quality bells of steel is higher in terms of versatility. This does everything bills of steel does and even more, and it comes with more accessories for the way that I left. I imagine this thing will last at least 10 years if not forever Cables need to be replaced here and there with any machine but if I could just have one piece for my upper body, this would be the machine I would pick. I’m not sure any other other single stack machine, other than the quality ( I guess obviously some of them have a pin loaded stack, but I hear this company is working on that but comparing plate loaded to plate loaded even being able to switch quickly with a pin loaded stack. I still prefer this machine plate loaded.) Thanks let me know if this suffices or u need any more clarification
@ super helpful response man. Thank you! I’m a fan of the deep stretch too so this will probably be perfect
@ no worries brother. The deep stretch has definitely helped my shoulder health a lot overall and to be honest I’m doing like 35 pounds on each weight peg for my chest presses so 70 pounds and total it is heavy enough so I have a ton of room to grow with this machine right now with the seated rows. I do a 25 and a 35 on each side so 120 and I get around six hard wraps so again a lot of room to grow.
@@nicholasabkarian1770 also I find with seated rows people can do a lot more weight and get more body English into it. I do chest supported rows, which you don’t need to go as heavy, and you can really isolate and stretch the back without using your legs to help you. I’ve never been able to do a seated row at home like you can do at the gym with one of those cable stocks. It just doesn’t feel the same on the floor
Haha nice

Impulse fitness sell this in Australia. I am actually considering it vs my current pin stack
@@danielhewitt8 I highly recommend it. It converges and has an ideal strength curve very very good. @@HomeGymHacksandReviews thanks brother with the new eonfit omni being built I needed to make space for everything work better lol
Chest press or seated row that s the question 😂 even if i ve 2 chest presses already the gronk one looks great, or the steelflex seated row hmm might go with the row but chest is my lagging body part😢
Mmm that steelflex does look 👀 great. The logical answer is the row. But if u have the space I would get BOTH. U can never invest too much in what makes you happy and better. Having a big back is awesome too and sometimes a lagging chest can be brought up by a change in form and technique. At this point I still want more back and more chest pieces but the most needed is an upper chest machine that converges. But if I see a cool row for a good price I would still buy it lol
@IRON-PHOENIX yeah i ve the steelflex incline converging it s nice but a bit small also heaviest in the contraction like hammer i like that on a non converging machine. But not if the machine is converging just to much resistance in that weak shortened position , but still good for me the row has a good reputation plus small footprint
@ ya that great bro. Once u use machine that are properly designed and have good resistance curves it’s hard to go back. The gronk has a perfect strength curve. My levergym in my basement doesn’t and it gets annoying having the contraction harder tbh. Hope u find what works for u brother

Im curious why you picked this up when you already have the powertec multipress.
@@balboa0621 for me it’s like this. Just because I have a Ferrari doesn’t mean I don’t want a Lamborghini. Just because I have chicken breast doesn’t mean I don’t want ground beef too. The main reason I have it is because I love the variety and different feels of different gym equipment. Technically, you don’t even need a gym just push-ups at different angles pretty much do the same thing. But if you want to optimize and have fun and have variety in your training, that’s why I recommend a few different machines. The seated chest press converges and the weight also tapers off a lot in the contraction The power tech multi press does not converge. It has more handle options and more angle options. It is pretty much impossible to have a machine that is adjustable in angle, but also converges. There’s maybe one machine that does that. So both machines serve a different purpose for me however, every machine in my gym gets used every single week Thanks :) have a great day let me know if u have anymore questions.

@@IRON-PHOENIX i think there would be an audience for your workouts. The you tube audience is not 98% jacked monsters, despite what the comments might occasionally suggest, and the guys showing their battle for weight loss and then moving into muscle gain for aesthetics are so inspirational.
@@31BT well thanks I really needed to hear that What I wanted to do with this channel was to show the struggles of an overweight person in regards to eating and going to the gym and weightlifting, especially the mental side of it. It’s one thing to feel really skinny and have the struggle to put on mass, but it’s another thing to be already so overweight have to lose all that mass while still being weak and then have to regain in order to put on muscle I feel like there’s not enough people showing that because it’s so uncomfortable to show. But at the same time, seeing more and more people like me that don’t have ideal starting points, lose that weight and become more muscular and become more aesthetic. I think will help show people how to look at your positives and not just your negatives. The other reason for this channel is to show that if you’re going to spend 2k to 3000$ on a barbell set up with weights perhaps spending that on maybe four different machines can get you so much more variety if you love bodybuilding machine training, so being able to showcase the variety that my home gym has You don’t have to go to a commercial gym for is another passion of mine. Any ways I will be putting out some sort of work out sometime soon. Thanks for the kind words.

@@rexcolt7203 yup so much u can bro, I love the variety for upper body and then for legs I’m fine with different squat variations with dumbbells and obviously I have the leg sled in the basement
In europe they sell this exact piece under the brand taurus looks really cool, but i ve the multipress you have plus an incline steelflex. Might be more into the powertec levergym and a steelflex row machine. But next is the compact sled from powertec how do you like it plus is the chest press much better than the multipress that you own , it s not that converging
@@rexcolt7203 hey nice to hear about ur pieces. Ya the equipment is made by a Chinese company called “impulse fitness” so I guess they sell their generic equipment to other brands all over the world. The steel flex looks awesome, like a commercial converging incline press very nice. Yes the leg sled is a great next buy. It is super safe in the low back and has lots of adjustments. Doesn’t take up too much space and you can fold up the footplate when not in use. I do not recommend the Powertec levergym anymore. Just because of the strength curve. Almost all exercises are heavy and the contraction and lightest at the stretch. Which is the opposite of what you want for best gains. The only time I would recommend the lever gym is if you have a small space and want some thing that’s easy to move and versatile as I would prefer a hoist home gym or inspire home gym with cable stack as it will be a better strength curve, but those machines are really complicated to put together and take apart and move The leverage gym is very simple and easy to move. I do recommend the Powertec MULTIPRESS because the lever arms are lower on the frame so it has a better strength curve for all chest movements and shoulder movements And for back it is great also not as light as the levergym at the bottom and u can maneuver yourself to hit so many more areas of the back. The Ironax chest press is a better flat chest press with a slight decline and then the multi press, but the multi press is a better machine to get for the variety. It’s worth it even if it doesn’t converge.and still feels great. If I didn’t have the space I would get a Multipress and a functional trainer with bench and then the next purchase would be the leg sled. Let me know if u have any more questions
@@IRON-PHOENIX thx for your time yeah the multipress is perfect my fav piece that i own, i do not mind the strength curve on the levergym on no converging presses an increase in the strength curve is not bad at all but i know everyone has different opinions on that.I guess leg sled and levergym will be my next things to buy and if i have space maybe the steelflex row or taurus chest press. The levergym has so much variety that i need to have it 😆
@@rexcolt7203 awesome bro ya at the end of the day it’s ur gym and it should reflect the way u train. Can I ask why u what the levergym and the Multipress I have both too lol the levergym is for the basement in the winter and the Multipress I have in the garage. So in my basement it’s the levergym and leg sled it less less space and I can still hit everything
@@IRON-PHOENIX for a few reasons my room is very messy lots of stuff in one room i would take the levergym in another one so i dont have to reinstall everything , than i will have lots of variations as well .i think the levergym will be better for incline presses and shoulder presses where the multipress is good for flat decl and low incline...I like variations and tweak my movements where the levergym shines next my lat tower in my rack is ok but has lot of friction no bearings and gets pulled up from behind so assymetric pull.
