@@rexcolt7203 yup so much u can bro, I love the variety for upper body and then for legs I’m fine with different squat variations with dumbbells and obviously I have the leg sled in the basement
@@AnimationCraftFR thanks for your comment. I appreciate that. Will definitely start doing some training videos soon. I am not the traditional, super jacked guy. In fact I have a lot of weight to lose, but I love training and I love machines so I think it offers unique perspective. I also have a basement gym that I will be using while it’s cold, and a new machine coming that I think is very overlooked that I will review. The eonfit omni cable machine.
@@michaelderenne9838 it’s not a gym without bodybuilding machines and variety I’m sorry but it’s true. There is absolutely no barbell movement that hits my chest or back or arms or shoulders better than any of my machines in regards to the strength curve the stability the stretch and the variety of handle grip options as well as the safety For squatting, I still would not use a standard barbell. I would still be using a specialty bar, but getting rid of the squat rack was the best thing I could’ve done. To each their own, all the best brother I really hope you enjoy your rack
nice !
@@AnimationCraftFR thanks brother 🙏
Looks good! I like the chest pressing variety.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews thank u brother. Saw a incline Magnum press on market place but space and money are a bit of an issue more so space oh well
Haha! I was worried that you didn’t have a squat rack in there. Whew! Always love the innovation in that small space bro.
