Ya brother it’s awesome 👏 my gym is pretty much done so it’s kind of sad because I’m only getting a few little things here and there. If my functional trainer breaks I probably won’t replace it or maybe I’ll get one more machine but that’s not for a very long time.
@@IRON-PHOENIX I agree. U needed something for quads. Better than buying barbells and rack. But also focus on free weight/ goblet squats and dumbbell RDLs, pull ups for more benefits.
@@Ash_4949 yeah to be honest I was getting by with squat variations with dumbbells and I think it’s fine for most people. I don’t think you need to barbell squat because it depends on your body type but ever since I got the leg sled I train legs at least once twice a week. Where as before I barely train them.

I love it. But I will only buy equipment of I really really really love it. Like leg press or seated rows.
Same for me I have everything I love in my gym

@@Ash_4949 having a nice comfortable machine that doesn’t stress the low back her legs is way more important for me than barbell rack
