Mmm that steelflex does look 👀 great. The logical answer is the row. But if u have the space I would get BOTH. U can never invest too much in what makes you happy and better. Having a big back is awesome too and sometimes a lagging chest can be brought up by a change in form and technique. At this point I still want more back and more chest pieces but the most needed is an upper chest machine that converges. But if I see a cool row for a good price I would still buy it lol
@IRON-PHOENIX yeah i ve the steelflex incline converging it s nice but a bit small also heaviest in the contraction like hammer i like that on a non converging machine. But not if the machine is converging just to much resistance in that weak shortened position , but still good for me the row has a good reputation plus small footprint
@ ya that great bro. Once u use machine that are properly designed and have good resistance curves it’s hard to go back. The gronk has a perfect strength curve. My levergym in my basement doesn’t and it gets annoying having the contraction harder tbh. Hope u find what works for u brother
