    I have those grips as well and use them on the megatec multipress like you 😂👍👍 love the new tools we get nowadays more stuff to improve our machines

      @@IRON-PHOENIX i think there would be an audience for your workouts. The you tube audience is not 98% jacked monsters, despite what the comments might occasionally suggest, and the guys showing their battle for weight loss and then moving into muscle gain for aesthetics are so inspirational.

      @@31BT well thanks I really needed to hear that
      What I wanted to do with this channel was to show the struggles of an overweight person in regards to eating and going to the gym and weightlifting, especially the mental side of it. It’s one thing to feel really skinny and have the struggle to put on mass, but it’s another thing to be already so overweight have to lose all that mass while still being weak and then have to regain in order to put on muscle I feel like there’s not enough people showing that because it’s so uncomfortable to show.
      But at the same time, seeing more and more people like me that don’t have ideal starting points, lose that weight and become more muscular and become more aesthetic. I think will help show people how to look at your positives and not just your negatives.
      The other reason for this channel is to show that if you’re going to spend 2k to 3000$ on a barbell set up with weights perhaps spending that on maybe four different machines can get you so much more variety if you love bodybuilding machine training, so being able to showcase the variety that my home gym has You don’t have to go to a commercial gym for is another passion of mine.
      Any ways I will be putting out some sort of work out sometime soon. Thanks for the kind words.

      @@TheNewil yes they def do upgrade it but it’s better one arm at a time and two is a little finicky but still doable.
