@CanadaFSD had my first time with the car in a double left turn lane and instead of holding its lane it turned into the middle of the two lanes, split between them, and then was indecisive about which lane it should actually be in. Randomly aborted out of FSD while taking a left hand turn at a signal and then said it was doing an obstacle avoidance procedure when there was no obstacles in front of it. Tried to run a red light as well and not the usual creep run that happens just before it would change green anyway, but rather just after it turned red, tried to run it.

@@tom1788 maintaining a list of potholes I don’t really think is feasible. I do agree that crowd sourced mapping will be a thing with FSD soon, but I don’t think that’ll be the solution to potholes. I’m not sure how they’ll handle it though, it seems like a tricky problem. Oh wow congrats on 13.2.7! I just got to Mexico today so now that I am away from the car for an extended period of time I am expecting the update to hit my car anytime now 😅. Have you noticed any issues with stop signs on .7 yet? Did you ever have the issue where the car would not quite come to a full stop - try to go - and then fully stop before proceeding? I guess if road signs can’t be read the map data needs to get much much better. Also if the car can’t read the big road signs I have little faith it’ll ever be able to read context appropriate parking signs, etc.

@@CanadaFSD We don't drive much, my Tesla has only 900 miles. We went for a drive today (Monday) and V13.2.7 did do a little better on an odd street. Most of our streets don't have lines, but we don't have potholes. 🙂 There is a section of roadway that is 4 lanes (two parking and two traffic) reducing to two lanes to the left. No lines. FSD properly moves to the left side to occupy its' lane . In a few hundred feet the road is again 4 lanes FSD V13.2.2 does not move to the right but continues in what is now the on coming traffic's lane. With V13.2.7 FSD slowly moved to right into the proper lane. That's a new behavior, if consistent. This needs more testing. V13.2.7 seems to stop more abruptly at stop signs, but I could wrong. It would be interesting if you notice it too. We don't have the issues with stop signs that you are seeing. In America we do not stop for stop signs, we roll through them. When FSD stops completely at the stop sign and then slowly rolls forward to the intersection, it drives people behind me crazy. FSD is following the law concerning stop signs, unfortunately no one else does. Our neighborhood streets are narrow two lanes with no lines. There's desert brush that obscures intersections and the edge of the road (no curbs). FSD does surprisingly well. Hope you have V13.2.7 soon.

@@vickyjais thanks! Appreciate the comment I agree with you about geofenced unsupervised FSD. I think obviously USA will get it first in a few “sunny” states where the weather is a lot less of a problem. Hopefully not long after we can get it here, but currently I do not think it can exist in winter conditions with HW4 as it is today.

I meant to mention that - I did try that; but the door was literally “frozen” shut so it made the noise but was still stuck shut. I just had to wait a bit longer for the defrost.

Autopilot is nowhere close to FSD... It's advanced cruise control and nothing else.

Yeah I know that, I just wasn't expecting this HW4.5 this soon. HW4 just came out less than a year ago, for it to already become 'dated' is surprising. AI5 will be a big change though.

It works great in the rain! I drove to Squamish in the pouring rain and didn't have to intervene once.

@@vivianchang1894 I’ve driven through the Massey Tunnel a bunch with it, if you look back at a few of my other videos you’ll see. It does well for the most part with the Tunnel though!

@@CanadaFSD My BlueCruise always forces me to take over through the Massey Tunnel for some reason. Always in the curb lane, and as soon as I enter the tunnel I hear bobobobobobo and I have to intervene. Also cool downtown video, one of the busiest and toughest parts of the city to drive in and FSD handled it quite well. Better than some humans hahah

@@tom1788it quite happens with zero obstacles around.

It seems like that's what it happening, I am getting the windshield replaced next week anyways for a chip in the glass - so that'll fix it I am sure.

@@CanadaFSD I did the same with a windshield replacement on my 5 month old Model 3P. I asked the installer to be sure to clean the inside of the glass up there VERY well.

My understanding is NHTSA required them to implement the full stop... It's just funny that you HAVE to stop, but the car is allowed to speed? So it can break some laws, but not others?

Thanks for the thumbnail feedback! I agree the car wouldn't have done that if there was oncoming traffic - I still just think it's a bizarre move by the car, hopefully it gets fixed soon. Thanks for the comment!
