In this video, I talk about a new firmware update that allows the Sony A7 IV to be compatible with the Sony Monitor & Control App for iPad. This app allows you to control up to 4 Sony supported cameras with a WiFi network. This allows one man band videographers to control multiple cameras with ease.

Question before I buy imazing..... I used to use itune's to backup iphone and ipad on laptop. If I got a new device phone or ipad, I would do a restore to the new device and it would be just like the old device ( photo's, contacts everthing ) Can you do this with imazing to make a new device look and run like the backuped one ?
Yes! I did this when transferring from my 15PM to the 16 Pro. iMazing transferred everything over.

This is my problem, I just updated my iphone IOS to 18.1 , and when I go to a program that ask me to connect to my laptop to my iphone it fails to recognize when I hit the trust button. I can see my iphone connected to my laptop on file explorer. I'm afraid if I buy imazing and it ask me to connect my iphone it will fail to recognize it. Well it's Thanksgiving, you and your family have a great Thanksgiving. Thanks for your help.

Can you restore data from a *single* app to your iPhone without wiping out all of your other data?
Yeah, you can! It’s under the manage apps section.
@@johnstech7 I'd like to clarify something on this point. I'd like to only restore contacts from a previous iMazing backup. Would I also do that from the, "manage apps section," or would it be a different process? When I attempt to restore just the contacts from a previous iMazing back-up, it prompts the following message, "data sets which are not selected will be removed from the target device." Do you have any experience with this? I've contacted iMazing support, but they only operate via email and am waiting for their response. However, I researched a bit more and am thinking that ios does not allow the custom restore. Thanks!

those HP gen9 servers are getting dirt cheap now, they're a great bargain because they're good servers and with the E4 cpu's they're actually quite efficient. Love my dl360 g9 as a proxmox box.

Nice setup! For the loud Dell fans, have a look at the Dell Open Manage BMC Utility or ipmitool

The proliants have over the years gotten quieter and quieter. Initial boot up is still fairly noisy but once things settles down everything is pretty slow and quiet.
Honestly suprised on my end. I had an R540 a while back and it wasn't this quiet.
@@johnstech7 You haven't really lived until you sleep with some VA Linux servers in your room and that bright blue LED illuminates the entire corner, haha!! Those old fans only had one speed: on. 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😅😅😅 Good times! And yes, the price of free is always excellent!!! :D
We just decommissioned some old 380 gen 3s and gen 4s and they are loud. They are workhorses though.
Oh wow, I guess it depends on the spec then. Mine aren’t loud over here with Proxmox 😂 I just cant sleep with the main server on for sure lol

Very nice setup, man! I just got into the used enterprise stuff with an R720, and I'm loving it so far. I'm just wondering how many watts each server uses?
depends entirely on your setup My 730 with 2x xeon 1630L V3s with 24x SSD uses 90 watts on idle
UPS is estimating ~350W for my entire setup. I’m not totally sure how much each server uses.

i bought that same rack as you've got and used it for a while :) i recently upgraded to a full 44U Hammond enclosed rack that used to house the fingerprinting setup for a cop station - it even has a hole cut out in one side for the mugshot camera, they were giving it away so i upgraded - but i still have that one you've got, kept it cause its just nice. Keep it going man, looks great!

I really dig your server rack setup. I'm hoping to build a home server of my own. I don't do anything intensive or complicated. I do run a baby emby server (Just off a free thinkpad and a extrnal 10TB HDD). But I'd love to one day have an awesome setup like yours RAID redundancies, UPS, tiered storage and everything. So sweet bro, 10/10.
