The New Unifilter
Our latest timepiece disguised as a portafilter - an update to one of our favorite creations - the Unifilter.
In April of 2022, Weber Workshops released a new portafilter for espresso
preparation called the Unifilter. This, along with our own Unibasket,
changed an industry trend of portafilter basket construction that had lasted
close to a century, spawning an entire new product category of “fancy
baskets” that provide higher extraction yields. Today we give you our latest iteration of the Unifilter, doubling down on the engineering and taking the design to a new level.

The cinematography is next level.
My coffee clumps in the shaker and sticks to the wall and the top of the shaker which is pretty annoying. Any recommendations ? With my dosing cup i don’t have those issues.

I see the Weber Logo every day... When I drop my Weber Puck Screen in! ;) Dreaming of this grinder, as is everyone.

The neck that connects the head and the handle looks different, a little more square and with a wider opening. Maybe to fit better other machines.

I’ve got one for the flair 58. I’m not a fan. Makes coffee too sweet haha. I like the old Italian approach with a hint of harshness or bitterness

I’d love to hear some timings as well :)
time is relative to grind size and agitation. some recipes use a finer grind and prolonged agitation without a resting steep. some use medium grind size, minimal agitation and 3-5 min steeps while others use coarser grind and long steep upwards of 8-10 min (similar to cupping protocol).
