But how do i get rid of the maps all together or change what shows up there? Every time i start my rav4, maps, music and locations suggestions pop up but i only use music.

We just bought a 2018. This video was so amazing to understand the car! Thank you. We just can’t wrap our heads around the paddles on the steering wheel how to use them.

Version is greyed out and tapping doesn't work.

It looks great in my car and performs well for streaming and CarPlay. The only drawback is the need for a stable internet connection for streaming.

So does this just show up in the Kia nav? You must have OTA updates. We in Canada don't have that privilege.

I thirnk this Dongar not compatible with ev9 as the car has a digital rear view mirror.

Hi I have 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe limited. I tried everything but I still see only half screen for Google maps and other half shows Android Auto and my phone name. It's working with the Hyundai navigation but not with the android auto. Really need help please.

Hi, do you know how to do the same with the inbuilt map? Android auto connects and immediately I have split screen in the car (EV6) and can't turn it off. There's a setting for using it or not, but it doesn't make any difference. Didn't used to be like this!

Much better a Carlinkit. it uses all ev6 buttons and you only have to put it on port USB, and you get an full android system on your car, more cheaper and easy to install.

Hi, I just installed the kit on the EV6 GT-line 2, there are a few small pieces left to cover blanks for trims without some of the options. The package was torn open and the end of the box destroyed when it came in the mail. It sat in customs for a week or so too. Usually it gets repaired if opened. All the parts were there but the narrow piece at the back of the console was cracked , but stuck down ok. Was there an instruction sheet? 😂 Also I lost my AC a few weeks ago. Going back in a few days to get a new seal kit. Helped the efficiency runing on fans...

Not work (2023 Kia Niro)

How do I get split screen with Google Maps (from Android Auto) and SiriusXM from car subscription (not app that is on my phone). I can only seem to get Spotify to show up on the split screen - which is coming from Android Auto.

The GT-Line Package 1 door handles can be made a lot better by just sticking cabinet bumper dots over the buttons under the handle. That will allow the doors to lock/unlock with a light push on the handle - the way it should've been from the start.

Hasn't improved. I was at a Cambridge Ivy station on the 401 on the weekend and couldn't even get a charge. It said my account didn't exist. Ivy had a monopoly at Onroute stations, so we had to search for another charger somewhere. I found even the Flo network of chargers are slow. Only good experience had was at Shell where they have 180KW chargers.

when its cold outside... if you want the performance just turn on the winter mode... its gonna heat up the battery up to ideal temperature.. that means more performance.. if you want the range just turn it off... your car won't get up to speeds faster but this thing works.. i have mine turned off

Looks pretty good actually. I bought a White Gtline-package-2 about 3 weeks ago, instead of getting an EV9. I have noticed how easily the trim gets dirty. Though I am hesitant with stick on trim pieces, do they feel really flush with everything? Is there any noticeable difference with how the center console feels with the buttons?

I'm curious, how are you finding the sound system nowadays? I have found a lot of different opinions online of how much the amplifier firmware recall and the October 2023 updates improved the sound (particularly the subwoofer performance) and there has been unfortunately no follow up revisits by any well-equipped channels with a more audiophile slant that could give a more authoritative re-review

How long is your lease & what is the mileage included in your lease? What should be your yearly cost (not including electricity & maintenance) for the EV6 up to when you exchange it for the EV9? Better to buy or Lease?
