And the wrap looks amazing! I just wish I could drive it!!!!! 😢 Kia telling me that the "fix" was done with parts from the bad batch and I have to wait 30-60 days for a new batch to come from Korea!! 😡
@@HighOnCars1 the first time it happened they reset the battery and said it was fixed...so when it happened again I was furious. Dealership tried to tell me they have no idea about this problem but after I threw all the evidence at them about this happening all over Canada they quickly changed their tune!
Our brand new EV9 is suffering the same issue. its been with the service department for 4 weeks now with no deadline in sight. we only drove it for 2 weeks! if we have to wait for a replacement shifter from Korea, who knows when we will get it back. they haven't even identified the problem yet
Sorry to hear. I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it must the especially when you've spent that kinda money. Tell the dealer that the solution is to replace the gear stalk. Call Kia Canada and complain. Attack the problem from different angles. Sometimes relying on the dealer isn't enough. Ask the dealer if they have been in touch with Kia Canada. Clearly not because Kia Canada has a solution.

I can't even imagine how upset you must be to experience this after getting an expensive vehicle like the Kia EV9.

Driving with adaptive cruise control so the car takes care of acceleration and braking and also keeping an eye on the road 🙂
