1. Kings have no assets the Pelicans want besides draft picks. Pelicans are not rebuilding. 2. David Griffin would not send BI to a freakin western conference rival. Even if a 3rd or 4th team gets involved. This trade has a less than zero chance of happening.

Only way the Kings do this is if Ingram agrees to sign an extension taking a little less than Max($38m-$40m a year). Nobody wants to give Ingram a full max contract and that includes the pelicans. Plus the Kings owner doesn’t have the deep pockets and willingness to go deep into the luxury tax. Especially not on an injury prone Ingram gamble.

If CP3 stays healthy he will help,otherwise if not,it's only 10 million,and not 30 million.

So glad the Kings got BI and got rid of Harrison Barns . Would love Ingram and Fox in the back court together. I did like Hurter if he woukd have stayed.

Apparently the pelicans are looking for a center in the deal so maybe a 3 team trade. Kings send a future 1st and Kevin Huerter to the Cavs who in turn send Jarett Allen To the Pelicans. Kings send harrison Barnes and a future first to the Pelicans for Brandom Ingram.

Sounds like the pelicans want to make the trade if a third team is involved so they can receive a center. Maybe players like Clint Capela, Brook Lopez, Ayton or Robert Williams, or even Isaiah Stewart could be some names

Yeah I’d like this to happen but I just don’t see why the Pels would do it. I think HB and Huerter are decent players and can still offer a team value but it’s a tough sell. It feels like teams do NOT want to do business with the Kings unless they fleece us. I think that’s why we ran it back last year cuz we couldn’t make a deal happen without giving up too much. Everyone wants to steal Keegan and Monte McNair is at least smart enough to not give him up but I think GMs are just trying to wait us out. Denying trade offer after trade offer until we break and let Keegan go. It won’t happen but then that pretty much leaves us dead in the water anyway. Tough times ahead I fear.

Davion Mitchell got traded but if I were Pelicans id ask for Keon Ellis or Keegan Murray I dont see why any team would want Huerter or Barnes they are bench players on good teams

Warriors offered him 2 year ~50 mill contract which seems pretty fair to me considering his steep decline on both ends of the floor. I don’t think he’s going anywhere because I doubt anyone else will have a better offer. The reality of his situation and value will kick in and he’ll end up back on the warriors…that’s my prediction anyway.

Those BI trades are terrible. BI is a better player than mikal Bridges and Murray. Mikal and Murray are about even. So that means the Knick’s way over paid for Mikal. Not criticizing the Bridges trade. It might turn out to be great. But a BI trade should net like 3 first round picks and Jarrett Allen and Matt Strus, or for a straight up trade for players like KAT, Siakim, or Trae young. I don’t know if the later trades exist. But landing KAT would be enormous for the Pels. Or a trade where the Pels send out first round picks to land Lauri Markennan, sabonis, or Bam.

The interpretation of traveling rule or not calling travels made new heroes. Curry would not have been the all time 3 point scorer or 4xnba champs, Harden would not have been scoring champ, Giannis would not have been a champ, etc... if the rule had been applied as before.
