Bought new '23 x4 850 xt-r, trading in our 2-up atv. We're nearly 70 and wanted to keep riding.. Bringing friends & family is a blast, along with the quietness, makes riding very enjoyable. No issues or regrets after 700+ miles. Thanks for the vid.

How is clarity of this scope at higher magnification?? Is it crystal clear?? No loss in brightness and contrast at higher magnification that is 70???

Awesome video thanks so much! Very informative and professional without all the BS you find in most other videos out there. Looking into one of these machines for my first side by side. Question for ya - Our area we can drive on quite a few paved roads, do you think the always locked rear diff will cause damage / issues or just excessive tire wear when riding roads. Thanks again

Great review and very helpful. I'm looking into a 4 seater for the fam and it's down to this and the Teryx. I'm leaning toward this because when I rode in a buddies Teryx is was obnoxiously loud, to the point I would probably have to have my kids wear ear plugs. The rest of the machine was great but the noise was hard to ignore. I'm also an admitted Yamaha fanboy and I know the build quality is always top notch. Might have to go with the Yammie on this one.

Very nice review i looked at these but went with the Kawasaki im 6'4 275 and the Kawasaki just offered more on room and to be honest the heat or noise is not a big issue to me like alot of people say but i do drive a cobra with heat and massive noise in your ear so i guess i was pre exposed.

Just got my 2023 Wolverine x4 the other day, after so many years in the Military; I had no chance of getting anything for fun, well my wife and I saw your video! So a big thank you for the excellent description and demonstration of that little beastie! just added side mirrors and the drop down windshield. So far driven a few KM on a paved road, still waiting for amazon to deliver the helmets, had to wear a replica WWII German helmet!! anyway I need to get it in the dirt! everywhere there's woods roads; trails and the old rail line up here in NL. Still have to wait about another month for the snow to cut; we have a long winter. Thanks again take care.

How do you like the single lock for the front. I ahave an RMAX4 but same windshield from what I can tell. I think more air the better. But I am concerned that with 1 lock it would creek and squeak.

Wow that's some good engineering I'm glad I waited I didn't like the one that was so big it looked like you was looking out a submarine windshield you lost so much view but this one's right especially with that vent and the windshield wiper come on

Looks good. How are the tires holding up and how are they on hard pavement? Are they a good overall, medium mud, trail tire? What size tires were your stock ones -26"? How much tread is left?

Hi. Can tell you this of Meopta. I have spoken to them at length at the Birdfair in the UK. They are a more interesting company than Swarovski and Leica. They made some optics for Leica in the 90s. As someone who works in the optics industry I can say their equipment is about as good as it gets. Rather have their equipment than Swarovski. The Austrian company do make excellent equipment, but at a price. Meopta are equal or better on quality, and much better on price. The marketing guys have not performed for Meopta as they have at Swarovski, hence the reputation amongst birders. People loved to be told what to think. However, as an optical technician, Meopta stuff would be my choice if I were in the market for buying a scope. I may sound like an advert for the company but I can assure you you I am not. I am an optical enthusiast that pays no attention to marketing bull. I hope sincerely that they do not succumb to modern marketing and get taken over by western money and market forces. That will destroy them. Keep that East European /Russo attitude to optics that gave rise to LZOS, Santel, Intes Micro et.al. That 20-70x zoom eyepiece is sharper than any eyepiece at the high magnification end than any eyepiece made by the other top European companies. I have used it on a high resolution astronomical Russian Maksutov telescope, so know what it can do. As a refracting spotting scope with a zoom eyepiece, I don't think there is a better one.

Excellent real world review. So many videos I've watched have made the entry and exit sound impossible. And they fly up some boulder strewn creek bed at mach chicken then complain that the wolverine lacks fully adjustable shocks and tops out at 51mph. I don't know who takes their young kids and elderly mother for a foot to the floor adventure but I don't believe that was Yamaha's intent when building this side by side. Thanks for showing we family folks the positive aspects of the Wolverine. You sold me (and my family) on one.
