The more i drive it the more i get a good feel for it. The only thing is i wish i had more suspension and more power. I dont need either of those things but i want more just for the fun. If money were no object, i would get the Rmax. Still get the yamaha because i love it but i would opt for the little extra power and suspension. I really like it, i have added all the things to it that i want and i really dont have many complaints at all. It just does everything i need.
How do you like the single lock for the front. I ahave an RMAX4 but same windshield from what I can tell. I think more air the better. But I am concerned that with 1 lock it would creek and squeak.
Wow that's some good engineering I'm glad I waited I didn't like the one that was so big it looked like you was looking out a submarine windshield you lost so much view but this one's right especially with that vent and the windshield wiper come on
Great review thanks. I went with the superATV flip up, but this one looks good too. How do you like having the gun case where you mounted it? I am considering getting one for my x4 but thought about mounting a little higher up than you have it. Worried about my rifle bouncing around though.
The soft gun case was an after thought. I got it 50% off and just needed one. But, i like that its easy to get to, holds 2 guns and gear, can be easily taken off, keeps the guns padded and clean, and has a rain cover included in it. It would likely be in the way with back seat passengers though but i could clip it in behind the rear seats just the same.

I run a superatv half windshield on my X2, but the EMP (extreme metal products) glass windshields are $459 and look pretty good.......
A lot of options out there. I prefer the extra air flow of this one and the extra line of sight. The emp seems like a good option though.

You mentioned that you wanted a glass windshield over a poly. Curious why?
glass won't scratch, so you can use a wiper.
