Sorry just forgot to comment on the video actually... Well I love slam I do love lowest frequencies and that was obvious to me to remind myself about my set up. I would just say that you are very correct pointig out the SVS here but did you ever try to play them together? Because I did try to play two different subs together and that was actually spot on....

Nice test. I had set-up highly oriented on the music and I actually paired bookshelf speakers with two subs. Velodyne ventilated and the REL one with no port. Somehow I managed to get nearly perfect match with my little room. The old REL sub was going down to 18 hz nearly flat the Vel was rather uplifting arounds 35-50 hz and also playing with phases canceling bass issues in the room then monitors kicking up around 60 hz and that was just fluent. The rest was obviously up to the bookshelfs. Epos. Creek the amp and Schitt modi dac. Amazing set up and had to pass it to my friend. Amazing ❤

Cheapest solution to approximate tiwards the very expensive B and W 801 D4 would be a pair of active ATC scm 100s ( providing same level of detail, as B and W) with a high quality tube pre- amp ( to soften the analytic nature of the atc) You can save on high end speaker cable using XLR cable.

I bought this sub second hand for KEF LS50 integration. My room is 35m2 , I used RCA input and outputs , it makes bass bloated, no good integration. I changed phase, LFE options (bluesound node has sub out) no change. What should i do. Because my RCA cables not so long i put it between 2 speakers. What is your recommendation.
