hello i have the same motor from ali express but i got it from sia tech but it wont run an auto learn and when i try to ride it wont move but once its up in the air in runs fine i dont know if my battery is to weak or my throttle is to weak my battery says it 72v40ah but that all it says i was makin my own battery out of 18650 cells so i ordered a jdb 150a 20s bms so i might switch it with the battery i have to see if it works

If you can push it to 56 then you can get to 60 don’t be scared

Great job! I have a question, when did you set up the battery pack to show as empty? When it reach nominal voltage or less like when it reaches 3.2v per cell ? Because when having a high discharge battery pack I'm confused where to set the SOC as empty Thanks

Great video, thanks for running us through your setup. One question about the diode on the 12v side of the contactor; should it not be in-line with either + or -, in stead of bridging the poles? This is how Kelly tells you to wire it, but it seems to me that current could still flow the wrong way? Having said that, I'm not the best in electronics. I've just purchased a Kelly KLS96601-8080NPS with a ME1616 motor, so your video is spot on for me. But there might be a difference in the configuration of the sine/cosine sensor. On my Hard tail MTB install running a 52 volt battery I am using a buck converter going from 60 to 12 volt at 30 amps max. I am running dual car horns which draw about 15 amps but there is a spike that happens when using the horns so I opted for a 30 amp converter and my horns work great now. Your installation is very clean!
