Have whay in retroarch put a hotkey "overlay ON/OFF" then i clik one button ingame and this put on or off overlays in game runing.?

I have a configuration override just overriding any changes i put on for core/directory/game. It does not matter what I do, it’ll just load the configuration override to begin the game. What do i do to remove this?

I wish i could assign buttons in a remap just by pressing the button i want. I dont understand why retroarch dont do this. The controller management is poor and missing many options. For starters i would like to be able to have the correct physical layout so that the list of buttons and sticks actually matches whats in front of you. Secondly id like to be able to reserve controller ids so that all my remaps dont break as soonas one wireless controller isnt connected. However the fact that when remapping you cant just push the button you want is nuts, no idea why they made a decision that bad.

I have followed these steps, but I am using an R40S and I still get the blank screen. What am I missing and is there a different Img I should be using?

Really nice setup, the only thing I found is that when applying the Bezel pack scaling the screen to full seems to make the touch screen out of calibration on the iPad at present.

CHD can be used for a bunch of other systems as well. PS2, Dreamcast, 3DO, Sega CD, Saturn and a few more.

Playing sega games I wish my sega controller would just automatically work if I play SNES games I wish my super Nintendo controller would just automatically work if I played PlayStation games I wish my PS1controller just automatically worked. Why is there not a setting to have multiple controllers as player one and two. I don’t understand How to Connect controllers to the correct gaming system. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that Does not want to use the same controller for all the systems. I want to use the OG controllers and really have a good time. It would be a great video

my biggest problem is input lag. I have a Mister FPGA next to me, and in games like Super Mario or other speedruns, it makes a big difference. In retroarch I have to train my brain to press jump before I would have jumped, and that takes a bit of training and joy away,

Should you go with 1920, or 4k, instead of 1280? Also, I've emulated before and some of the games that are bitmap heavy? Get corrupted easily, like Paper Mario for example, does this emulator and engine prevent that?

I wish there was a way to make a per controller profile. But I don't think Retroarch has this ability like some standalones.

Awesomesauce! Just need to figure out how I have multiples of the same disk for my PS1 games, example FF7 i have 3 icons for disk 1, 3 for disk 2, 3 for disk 3. It's annoying!
