Thanks for the recomendation! and yes you pronounced it right LOL, the coolest thing about the animated overlays, is that if you are playing with a controller, your buttons presses shows onscreen. im linking this video when someone ask me for tutorials!
Once again, one of the best! Thanks Mike
Thanks my friend!
Thanks so much!! I adore these tutorial videos!! Please keep doing them!!
You bet my friend! More to come :)
That was awesome! Thanks
Nice one,Subscribed. Please keep it comin...
Thanks for the shoutout. I subbed! 😊
Where can I get that interactive Samsung CRT overlay? Very interested in that one! Thanks and great video!
This Drives Me Nuts!
I strayed from RetroArch for years, I hated the Interface Prior to Ps3 Ribbon.
When I tried an M1 MacMini a few years ago to test the Hype, I ended up Loving it and Trying to Figure out how to Run Everything PC Related, Quake III Arena in HD is SICK!
But these Damn Bezels Constantly give me the Runaround
I'll have to give this another attempt when I get home from work: I have liked the AppleTVs simplicity over the years,, Thanks to the EU we have RetroArch on AppleTV Now Too LOL
This Edit Tool Is KIller! Gonna have to try it
RetroArch is definitely an acquired taste and the learning curve is a pain. Hope the vid gives you the tools and know how to make a success of it :)
@@otggaming3180 I seem to have an Issue trying to figure out how to Edit Core Options Prior to Running a Game.
I've Scerwed something up with my PSP config, I'm going to end up ftp into in and delete the cfg file.
But none the less, I'm either Missing this or its not an option.
Have whay in retroarch put a hotkey "overlay ON/OFF" then i clik one button ingame and this put on or off overlays in game runing.?
Hello, could you please share a link where I can download your Metroid overlay from clip starting at 0:35 and the SF2 one from 3:43? Thank you!
how is the screen to a side in the supermetroid overlay?
What about screen scaling in global settings, i have mine set to full in order for mega bezels to work. Thanks
That's what I keep mine at as well. I try to stick to overlays that will work with mega bezel such as the Orionsangel pack I mentioned. If I can't find an overlay to work with mega bezel, I will either modify an existing one or create my own.
@@otggaming3180 thanks for the tip
How did you do the metroid one with the game window offset to the side?
Is it possible to have moving images for the bezels?
Hello, do these reflection effects also work for Android? Merry Christmas!
problem i keep running into is retroarch doesnt recognize new bezels and automatically place it on the game its meant for, at least not for new ones not of THE BEZEL PROJECT... I have a bunch of MSU-1 games Id love to have bezels for, but they never take. i will literally grab a bezel from bezel project complete with its cfg files, rename everything accordingly since you cant change the name of an MSU-1 rom or it wont properly with the new sound packs added.
How to open RA Overlay Editor? I download it on my PC and there is no exe file. I need to make my own GameBoy Overlay for Retroarch on my iPhone. Thanks
Where can I find that amazing metroid bezel at 0:33?
Read the video description bud - "Super Metroid Map by Falcon Zero Used in Custom Overlay"
Trying to add new overlays into the folder isn't working. I can place them in there, but they don't show up within retroarch. I tried making a new folder and that didn't work either. Any ideas? Thank you
Still waiting for another video
How do I remove the overlay
I just set overlay to my custom overlay, and it doesn't worked. So I restarted retroarch, it just crashed. Why does this happening
Can you show us an android tutorial 😅😅😅
I hate overlays, would much rather have black bars
But you can create a LCD/CRT grid that doesn’t consume power at all.
It’s much better than a shader.
@@rolux4853 i dont mean screen overlays, i meant like artwork on the sides of the screen or a fake tv on sides of the screen, crt overlays arent inherently bad but yeah its like u wouldnt watch john wick with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen with artwork that has keanu reeves, why would u play a game that way? Just doesnt make sense to me, it pulls focus from the game, i dont get why retro collections have those on by default, thats all i was trying to say. Are those borders rather than overlays?
@@ericg1100 most people are using this to create overlays of the televisions they used in childhood
