There are many differences between the pink and the green version and also a lot of similarities. The pinky also comes in versions with and in versions without pushers if I am not mistaken. But don't worry, you can knit beautiful garments on any knitting machine!

The yarn was gifted to me without labels. After a burn test, I concluded it is a mix of cotton and acrylic together. And so far I guess I am right, as the dishcloth is being used here extensively and holds up pretty well 🤣

​@ZabbezOriginal My knowledge comes from age, collections, and just curiosity, sometimes a need for brain stimulation. To be honest, books, magazines, videos, audio tapes and a lot of expirments. Sometimes I was fortunate enough to get a manufacturers representative on the phone and have long fascinating conversations. I love when someone has your talents to visually and verbally keep this knowledge alive for generations to come.

These knitting machines are not produced anymore and are only available second hand. If you are lucky you can find one that has hardly been used, almost new, but they are all from years ago. Try second hand stores and second hand websites. Good luck!

Klopt. De basis kleur wordt iets uitgerekt en de contrast kleur wordt iets ingeduwd. Dat zorgt er juist voor dat je dat mooie relief krijgt. Perfect voor een vaatdoek!

Yes you can! The vertical lines are achieved through using the needle pushers. It is basically a sort of fair isle / jacquard knitting.

Yes, isn't it super cool! 😀 I know it is very rare and I was very lucky. I was able to buy a second hand lot here in the Netherlands that had been sitting in the attic for all these years. Unused. It was a gamble as it was unclear what it was and also very expensive. I paid for it all with my own money. My channel earns practically nothing so far on RUclips as it is just too small still. But I am enjoying it very much and I am hoping to bring you all good content and pleasure watching it. There is more to come 👍🏻🥳

Have heard of it yes, but never really used it. So far I have been working with the Numero Metric yarn count (Nm) for the length of yarn per weight. Maybe it is more commonly here in Europe? Don't really know. Wraps per inch does sound very reliable too though as it might be more accurate for the exact thickness. Will look into it. Thanks!

I totally understand 🙌🏻 It is the same here in Europa, I find shopping for yarn supplies for these machines actually one of the most difficult things too, just like everybody else 🤣 I do mention weight and length in my video's so everybody can compare it to yarns available where they live. And be assured when the day comes I got it all figured out I will definitely try to incorporate it in my video's.
