Aloha! This is a channel dedicated to mindfulness and guided meditations. As a mindfulness teacher some of the greatest feed back I get is that people enjoy the guided meditations the most. So on this channel, I will be sharing guided meditations using a variety of techniques born out of the Unified Mindfulness system and informed by other contemplative practices as well as my own style, experience, and mana. Please take look around at the various techniques and find a video that fits your time and needs for today. Enjoy!

2025 Day 26 Feel Gooder ;)

Diving into Feel Good again, focusing on the love that comes with gratitude and the related emotional body. Again, for this practice we use two steps, first we use something to generate positivity (like thinking of a loved one kindly), and step two is to soak into any positive emotions that we feel as a result. DO that as many times as needed for todays ten minute practice. More about me and mi...

So gratitude is one of those practices that I love to do, as it usually ends with a nice warm hearted sensation lingering on afterward. Plus the consistent connection to gratitude helps us develop an open connection to gratitude, which we can call upon if in need. Last day of Feel Flow for this series but don't abandon it, know that it is always available to be called upon as needed. It can be there before, after, and during challenginging situations, or just as a way to settle yourself on any given day. It also lends to finding a deeper connection to rest and the rewards of the tranquility that can result of such a practice. Not to mention it can help y...
2025 Day 22 Feel Flow

Say it ain't so, only 8 days to go! (After today that is... ) Anyway, when the 30 days are over, the real journey begins. Getting into the habit of a little practice here and there, dedicated formal practice time everyday, or more likely a combination of both, adding more minutes of mindfulness everyday will multiply the benefits, in the short and long-term, especially as we become clearer on h...

2025 Day 20 Feel Flow

Its possible to take advantage of pre-existing states of Flow within the body. Whether tuning in to what is already available in the body, or doing the practice shortly after some exercise. We can notice that flow is available in a variety of strengths, and with that availability it can be easier to tap into it.
2025 Day 19 Feel Flow
Просмотров 419 часов назад
As we start to get familiar with this practice, there is potential to start exploring the changing nature of experience to new depths. The mind may always be trying to draw us out of the flow to some extent but with the Feel Flow technique, due to the interesting nature of the flow experience, there may be more potential to go deeper into the experience. Not that it is particularly better than ...

2025 Day 17 Final Feel Rest Day

Ok, lets wrap up the Feel Rest portion with a nice 10 minute guided meditation. Please take some time to reflect on any progress you've made with the technique. Does it feel like day one of Fell Rest still? Or did you notice a difference of the depth and availability of rest after putting some time into the technique. If you noticed some increased attenuation to rest over just this short period...

II 06 Transcendence: Turn Back [Self Inquiry] II
Thanks for the feedback! I had a similar experience during the playback. The constant element seemed to maybe actually help occupy some part of my mind a little. 🤷♂️
I thought the music might be distracting when you first mentioned it, but it actually worked well, I think because there was a sorta "constant" element to it that blended in well.
Yes, tomorrow is day 23!😊
I "hear out" and then "see in" a lot. E.g. I hear the fan, then see the fan in my minds eye.
Nice! It’s common for people to have some sensory categories more prominent than others, either by nature or nurture. Also, great sensory clarity, noting the separation between the “hear out” and “see in”, although seemingly related they can be explored individually. Thanks for the report! lmk if there are any questions. 😊
Thank you
Great start!
@@CJToole Thanks! 🙏🏼
@@CJToole Thanks! 🙏🏼
Alright Jeremy we will give you a shot
Sounds good! Lmk if you got questions 😊
Is it simply existing?
Thats one way to say it! Maybe a little bit more nuance though. :)
Looking forward to the 30 day challenge!
Me too! See ya on the 1st 🎉
Your demonstrated SHF well and learned a lot! But I have a doubt. I saw you doing only one FEEL, one HEAR and one SEE. Is it not that we should have many in each category as possible.
Tysm! I'm glad you enjoyed the SHF. Are you asking if we should have as many experiences as possible in an individual category or as many in all categories at the same time? I know it is nuanced but I want to make sure I understand your question.
Of course! I am asking whether we should shift our attention naturally from one SEE experience (any sight with eyes open or mental sight or blank when eyes are closed) to another, which catches our attention in the time allocated in SEE. Similarly, with HEAR, whether we can shift attention naturally, like, for example, a bird chirping, now another bird chirping, now sound of fan in the room, sound of car passing by etc. FEEL also can have many experiences, feelings of body, an itch, tightness in chest etc.
Great observation and question! Naturally shifting from one SEE experience to another SEE experience (or similarly when within the HEAR or FEEL sensory categories), is definitely an option depending on the meditators interests, opportunities that arise, or out of necessity. So if that works for you, it's all good, go for it :) There is a video, Tour of the Senses, which is a guided instruction similar to what you are describing. Feel free to check out if you haven't already. ruclips.net/video/OTmdOvPRzhI/видео.htmlsi=9VI7DodcZ9zlS1gJ In this case, the SHF Out (Grounding) technique is more of a special exercise. In an effort to have a technique for the purpose of grounding oneself (stabilizing from a heightened state or just as a centering practice), there is the option to stay with one experience for an extended period of time. The idea is to allow any Internal SHF to naturally dissipate in the background while deeply exploring an outer SEE, HEAR, or FEEL experience. Hope this helps! Please lmk if there are any follow up questions, I'm happy to answer. ~Jeremy
❤
Thank you! Feel free ask any questions or check out other techniques on the page :)
Great Job
Much appreciated! :)
Another great one!
Thanks! 😊
Just practiced this one again myself, definitely a good one. If you enjoy it and/or it raises some questions, I am happy to answer questions and provide further guidance, just leave your questions in the comments or reach out to me at jeremy.toole@mindfullife808.com for questions and/or coaching if interested!! 😊
I noticed as the meditation went along I felt a more whole body, global rest. Opening up to that zoomed out restful sensation can be very peaceful and is as valid as focusing in on smaller points of rest. Lmk your thoughts!
Tried this one out this morning right after the sun had just crested over the gorge, perfect way to start the day!
nice! that’s the intention, glad it served you well. Thanks!
Thank you!
Of course! Thank you for watching :)
Tried it this morning for myself, the 10 minutes flew by! Does the SHF out work for you? LMK!!😁
Love this one! One of my favorites. Hope everyone is enjoying the variety of practices ❤

Day 30!!!
Thanks for doing me!! Hope you got some good momentum with your practice going into the new year. :)
Nice shirt, Jeremy!!!!!
Ha! Ya, thanks, its been a minute but I put a lotta love into that site back in the day :)
Great one!!
Thanks, much appreciated!
Yessir! Truckin right along in this adventure, so happy you are along for the ride! 😁🤙🏼
Day 19! We are almost there!!
Heck to the ya! Moving right along now. Hopefully you are getting some of the benefits that come out of the momentum of a consistent practice :) And the variety is keeping it interesting as well.
This one was hard. I slept so good last night on my new bed on my mind. God is Good. This is so helpful! I will be soft gazing all day. Thx Jeremy!
You're so welcome! Glad it was helpful, and you got a new bed! :)
See: Neon sign, coffee cup that says comfort, the light of the front window w eyes closed/ Hear country music in hair ladies room, my ears ringing the waxing lady talking, cars driving past the salon; internal, dang ears ringing. Feel; tired, stress, love, depression calm- in my heart - my arms so painful from giving plasma, my back from no bed. Thank you Jeremy
Thanks for sharing, great report! It sounds like you are tracking right along with the tour of the senses and having some sensory clarity in the process. You are doing great with the practice from the sound of it, keep up the good work! Thank you 😊
Merry Christmas!
Same to you! Hope you join us for the 40 day challenge! I got faith you can do it! :)
My attention span isn’t the greatest. This is exactly what I needed every day. Thank you!
You're so welcome! Hope you can join the 30 day challenge! I’ll try and keep them short and sweet :)
Thank you cousin
Of course! TYSM for joining me on this journey.
Great video! I haven’t meditated in a long time, but I followed the whole thing with you. Definitely found rest. Almost fell asleep sitting up. Keep up the videos I’ll be watching them now!
TYSM! I'm glad you found some rest and hopefully soaked in a bit, and no worries about falling asleep, in act its a great way to transition to sleep or return to sleep if having trouble sleeping. And yes, I'll be adding a lot more videos with a variety of techniques and times/lengths, something for everyone :)
