  • Diving into Feel Good again, focusing on the love that comes with gratitude and the related emotional body. Again, for this practice we use two steps, first we use something to generate positivity (like thinking of a loved one kindly), and step two is to soak into any positive emotions that we feel as a result. DO that as many times as needed for todays ten minute practice.
    More about me and mindfulness: As a Certified Unified Mindfulness Teacher, I’ve been practicing and teaching mindfulness for several years now. I truly enjoy teaching mindfulness and facilitating guided meditations. Doing a guided mindfulness meditation is a great way for a beginner meditator to learn techniques to then try themselves as they get more familiar with the concepts of Unified Mindfulness. Guided meditation is not just for beginners though, intermediate and advanced meditators can also enjoy learning a new mindfulness technique to possibly help inform , explore, and strengthen their current practice. Ultimately exploring how our sensory system works through various mindfulness techniques can help us get familiar with our conscious awareness (consciousness from a more meditative/observer perspective) and work towards tranquility (reduced suffering) and maybe even make us more prone to "enlightenment" than a non-meditator. Often people come to meditation to reduce stress and increase happiness but it can also be a catalyst into self exploration and even spiritual growth for those that are so inclined. So whether you want to reduce stress or deepen your spiritual practice and self awareness (and/or consciousness), please take some time to review the other videos and find something that fits your needs!
