I play it on wii (Wind Waker special bonus disc) with GC control ports with a component cable hooked up to my older 1080p tv without converter. No middle converter. Only pure signal. 480p and pure original colours. Less lag than N64. Great controller with the GC controller. I don't think higher rez or remakes will make this game better (imo❤️). Let the fuzzy be fuzzy. I'm very happy with this setup. Play it on a smaller tv to compensate the lower rez. Back in the day you played it on 14-24" screens anyways. Just scootch up a bit, I say. Any way I can get the free cam mod for Dolphin emulator? I like SOH but it still has that issue with vanishing paths that I can't stand. And although it has the fix that project 64 has your feet sink in to the textures. I don't have this issue playing OOT on dolphin and I can use the reloaded textures still. The camera options are fantastic on SOH though.

Anyone know if I can use the port on the sysnand and not get banned or if I have to use the emunand?

I've been seeing a bit of a debate between the Recompile project vs Ship. Any thoughts on which is best? I gathered that the bis is Ship for OoT and Recompile for Majora's since Ship released majora a little sloppily apparently.

Everything works except mods, I try the “3DS Experience + Skilars Art Plus Link” but when I activate “Use Alternative Assets” nothing happens. Either the mod is bugged or somehow I broke something. Is there a chance it only works with 1.0? I’m on PAL 1.1.

Also for anyone trying to play RE1 on pc. They also have the Classic REbirth mod for the Japanese version (Mediakyte) for the same quick turn/tac reload/door skip abilities

I can't get the texture pack to work. I have another link model mod installed but when I toggle use alternate assets only the link model shows up and not the texture pack. I also tried deleting the link mod and leaving just the reloaded texture pack on the mods folder but still the texture doesn't show up in game. Help?

I discovered this game as a child on N64, still my favorite game of all time ! Today I use Ship of Harkinian with OOT Reloaded HD texture pack and it's marvelous ! This texture pack is really close to the N64 graphic ambiance, but in 1080p (available in 4K), 180fps and nice modern features (I play it almost Vanilla, but with boots on C buttons, some speed upgrades, etc...). Why still use PC emulators while Ship Of Harkinian exist ? It's way better and easier to use, almost plug and play !

had my pc in repairs since september, back yesterday. Mario RTX Was fun - Oh they brought out that oot port too! Need a quick refresher, Big ups friend! no idea if this version has any wild raytracing/DLSS/model settings as the Mario render 96 project but my goodness I'm looking forward to trying this out at 60fps.

I appreciate that people enjoy graphics and frame rates but I personally love playing the ps1 version just because of the nostalgic value that I remember as a teenager. It’s great to find out about the differences in other consoles though. Keep up the good work! Great video by the way.

I recently purchased RE3 through Gog on PC & installed HD mods with Seamless HD. I have RE3 working just fine along with HD mods. I haven't installed or tested RE2 yet. You do have to install your own HD mods, convert the game to the sourcenext version 1st, no Japanese language needed. I play the game using a ps4 controller plugged into PC with HDMI link going from PC to TV. It's so awesome to be able to play an all time classic video game with amazing upgraded graphics.

The people behind the Ship of Harkinian Zelda PC port are now working on a native port of Starfox called "Starship" I'm curious as to how that will be when it releases. EDIT: It's out now and it's GOOOOOOOOD!!!
