This name of city is Chiang mai = Cheing mai and Chiang rai = Cheing rai

one of my favorite places in Japan! last season was a bit warm so you're right when saying the snow quality wasn't great. the hotel is an amazing place to stay.

I believe there must be more than 1 elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai. Can you give me the name of the one you visited? I like the fact that they don’t make the elephants work eg carrying visitors, but instead visitors get to feed them, wash them etc. We’ll be there in December. Thank you

Absolutely outstanding video! We are so much more informed after watching this. My wife and I are in our late 50s and in very good shape. We cannot decide whether we should rent a campervan or do an organized tour. We have 3 1/2 weeks to spend in NZ. What do you recommend? Would you mix it up and do both?
