Additional fact to the first one: In the episode "Diseasel", the drivers take Bill and Ben's nameplates away so they look the same. The narrator actually says that the drivers say "we'll take away your names and numbers", so the numbers remain in the script too. I was always confused by this because they didn't have visible numbers. Also your pronunciation of "Pfau" was perfect.

What happened to Thomas’s original smiling face and his O face that only appeared in the Clearwater Features era(Season 1 and 2)? They weren’t seen on the face reference sheets for the 4th, 6th, and 12th series. Were they scrapped or changed to a different face?

It's insane that we had highly detailed gauge 1 rolling stock kits all the way back in the 1920's. This truck still looks realistic and usable even 99 years later. Beautiful craftsmanship
