I think your prices are too low. It could be your market, but I would be about twice that for a day with one piece of equipment hauling with my dodge 2500 here in VT. If you do much of these small brush cutting projects, a DR walk behind brush mower might be worth considering. Profit is higher for small jobs. I do those smaller jobs sometimes with the DR mower, that way I don't have to haul or risk breaking my larger equipment.

Yeah I knew you were gonna get bit. Those are hornets and yellow jackets. They often build nests underground. When you're down south in thick areas the snakes and bees are a constant threat. Invest in a closed cabin.

Not trying to bash you or your company, but you need to bite the bullet and buy a bucket that is sized appropriately. You are not using that skid to its full potential. It will also make you look more professional.
