There are *still* chill games. You just have to know where to look. Some of my favourites are Morrowind, Neverwinter Nights 2 and Surviving Mars. Also, Baldur's gate 3 is not a chill game. As a veteran of the first two, I was very disappointed by it.

Cyberpunk is a pretty chill game with a ton of interesting quests to do and fun builds I’m not too picky when it comes to crashes and what not but that is definitely a downside even with the new updates

Brother you really need to define what you mean by chill you have games ranging from fps and action rpg to games like animal crossing listed as chill. Youre saying you want new games to be chill but what it seems like youre meaning is you want new games to feel nostalgic. Also a large amount of "chill" games now-a-days are made by indie developers so they arent going to be on console unless they make it big on pc.
