What is the reason of adding black pepper in flour., is this cumpulsory ? I am suffering from ibd and black pepper dosent suits me. Please tell substitute of black pepper for this yeast.
The black pepper is used as a preservative, you can totally remove it from the recipe.

For example how much of this yeast needs to be added to flour and how much flour etc. Mr. Boss Baker it would be beneficial that you make a baking tutorial using one of your favorite or best baking recipe and prepare the baking dough in your tutorials using your yeast"s so us RUclips viewers can learn to use your yeast recipes properly.
Thank for your comment, the rule of thumb in using yeast water is the following ( 100g of yeast water = 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast +100g water). If your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon instant yeast then you will use 400g of yeast water, bearing in mind the hydration percentage of the dough in the original recipe. Using yeast water in baking requires longer time than instant yeast because of its slow fermentation process, so keep in mind that it is not for quick bread making and you will need to plan ahead the time you want your bread ready. I have made a video on (how to make Artisan bread with grape yeast), please watch it as it may give you more information on the whole process. Thanks

Yes you can.

Yes you can use any type of wheat flour. I recommend using double the amount of instant yeast in the recipe when using natural dry yeast.

No, you need to harvest the yeast from the sesame seeds first, then you add the flour as shown in the video.

Is the measurement the same as store bought? Like if my recipe calls for 2 grams (or whatever metric) of instant or active yeast, would I just use 2 grams of this homemade yeast?
You need to use 3 times the amount of instant yeast , so if the recipe calls for 2grams instant yeast you would use 6grams of natural yeast.
This is semi dry sourdough, not near yest, which is 100% yeastcells and no starch! Fake!
The starch is there to provide the shelf life, if you don’t add starch the yeast will die in a short time.

If I want to bake it in oven how is the method please?
It is possible to bake it in the oven but it needs very hot oven , you need to put both the oven flame and the broiler on and try it, but it’s not guaranteed to work, a small pizza oven will be perfect if available.
Some videos say you can freeze the cubes and use them after defrosting in fridge for 24hrs. Does that work?
I don’t think so, because freezing kills the yeast.
So the yeast bacteria is sourced from flour? I thought its a leftover from making beer.

عملت ماء وتمر فقط وحطيت منديل على الفم لتنفس اصبح الماء ابيض ورغوة قوية هل يكون عندنا خميرة
المفروض ان تغلق الغطاء بإحكام حتي لا يدخل الاكسيجين في التخمر، اما عن ناتج تجربتك فلم اجربة و لا انصحك باستخدامه مباشرة و لكن يمكن تجربته علي كميه صغيرة من الدقيق لتحدد ان كانت تصلح ام لا.
وماهي الرائحة والطعم الناتج من هذه الخميرة؟ وهل تترك طعم مميز وجميل في الخبز ام بدون؟
ليس لها تأثير علي رائحة المخبوزات و قد تترك طعم خفيف جدا في بعض الاحيان، و يكون تأثيرها في التخمر ممتاز .

في الاسلام : المنقوع اذا مر عليه اكثر من ٣ ايام يتوجه اجتنابه ويرمى لانه قد يكون اختمر وصار خمراً. والله تعالى أعلم
اتفق معك اذا تم تناوله علي هيئته، لكن في هذه الحاله المنقوع يستخدم كخميرة و يدخل النار فيكون الناتج مخبوزات خاليه من اي تخمر . والله اعلم

Can you please explain what makes this a better way to bake? I currently keep a sourdough starter for my long fermentation bread. His name is Gustos ❤
In my opinion it is better than instant yeast as it is natural yeast harvested from the air around me same like sourdough starter but without the sour taste that Gustos would normally gives your bread.😊

@@bossbakes9092 Hello Hello! I just baked the best loaf of bread ever, using this yeast water! I varied my flour by adding 70 g rye and also added 2 tblspn freshly ground flax seeds. I reduced the salt because there was salt in this yeast recipe. I sprinkled anise seeds in the banneton for the top of the bread. It tastes so good! Has just the slightest hint of sweetness and so much flavor. Not sure if it's all from this yeast because of the additions I made. I used 60 g Gustos too. Rise was fantastic and better than ever! I have more dates so I'll be making this again soon. I will use my usual recipe to see exactly what this yeast does for the taste. So happy I found you and this video! Merry Christmas ❤️ 🎄
I forgot to mention that I wasn't ready to make bread when the 4 days were up so I so I stored it in the fridge for 2 days. When I was ready to make the bread, I put this yeast water in a warm oven until it was a warm enough to use.
Hello from America ❤ can the seeds be roasted sesame? Also did you grind the seeds first? They look a little mis-shapen.
No I didn’t grind them but you can grind them and roast them if you want.but the sesame taste in your dough will be stronger in this case.

No it’s not like sourdough yeast, because it doesn’t have a sour taste in the bread.
