    Wonderful video . Looking to do exactly what you guys did in Tennessee seeing the housing market is so expensive in FL. Thank you for this video

    Great breakdown! This was what I was looking for. What would you guess it might cost to add 4 more RV sites (spread out) assuming it's allowed on your property?

      @ChasingtheDreamRV  4 месяца назад

      Whelp roughly 4 k for each pad and and 1750 per lift station (assuming septic sys could handle it) and plus the electric costs which can get costly when starting multiple sites, it varies by your current circumstances and setup 👍

    WOW! I thought $29000.00 was too much for a 2000 square foot home with attached 2 car garage in 1992… I have since purchased the neighboring lots on the North and South of me. The North corner lot sold for $7000.00 with a fire damaged 3 bedroom home and the South lot sold for $6000.00 with a Moble Home that cost me and additional amount for a 20 yard dumpster to have the Moble Home disposed of.

    Great video!
    Could you have used poly pipe / HDPE to run the water line? Seems like it would be much cheaper. We are hoping to close soon on a property that has about an 1800' run to the water meter.

      Absolutely but it requires a few more hands to roll out I believe 500 ft sections, very heavy… and we needed the larger size do to the length of the run. If you have a couple strong young men then it’s doable.

    Are you going to add a RV carport or garage to the concrete pad?

      Most of our expenses were due to the location of the RV pad build location on our property. And adding the shed 😜 Thanks for watching ✌️🙌💕

      Just park your camper on a relatives property. Yes, it's technically illegal to do so, but its actually not that strictly enforced as long as you arent causing a problem or dumping your septic onto the ground. Zoning officers wont ever really bat an eye, especially if youre stealth and they dont know you live in there to begin with. At least, where I live that is, its not that strictly enforced. I've been doing it for 8 months now, no problem.

      @TehDubster unfortunately i never stayed in touch with relatives and would never ask them for anything at any rate. Gonna retire to Portugal or Indonesia or some such and live simply.
