I am in the exact boat only 20 years old trying to find myself and my purpose in life and I 100% would love to move to Dubai and become a cabin crew there’s so many benefits like it’s tax free over there it looks amazing and the hot weather 🤩 and the opportunity to live in a different country is amazing as I love travelling 😍
So relatable! I moved there 10y ago. Stayed for 9y. Now when I think back, I only have amazing memories about it. Made some real friends and met my now husband. Moving into-mummy life now. Baby due in Sept. First time parents. Excited! Love your channel Carly! Keep up the good work.xx
how do you have a visa as working as a blogger in dubai? I thought they had regulations that a company needs to sponsor you in order to qualify for a visa?

Heya, Really clear and concise presentation. I hope your platform here blows up. You're very preventable. Just a quick question, both my gf and I are looking to move to Dubai this year I'm wondering what happens if I'm offered a job and she is not? Or we both are. I understand accommodation is usually provided or subsidised and so if I were to take a job, or both of us, is it OK or common for gf/bf to live in same accommodation provided by one company or should we look for our own and ask for subsidised acc?
Hey Shane, thanks for kind words! So they recently changed the law actually so that you and your girlfriend can now live together unmarried, and yes this is very normal. If you get a job and you were married, you would have the option to have her put on your work visa which your company would be able to do. I don't believe this is the case for GF / BF. But there are options for her to buy a freelance visa which means she could legally stay in the country for a long period of time, or, she comes on a tourist visa and sees what she can workout whilst she is over. But this would require leaving after 30-40 days I think the tourist visa is valid for (need to confirm this) and then coming back in. There is a company called VirtuZone which may not be the best (or cheapest) but have been here a long time and could advise you guys on freelance visas should you need to do that. There's a few others like freelance visa and go freelance you could check too x
I could just listen to you talking for hours!!! So glad you didn’t stay in real estate it would be a waste of talent for sure 😘 have a great week ahead!! X

Hi thank you so much for this video! I’m thinking of moving to Dubai and it’s been really helpful! I just wanted to ask whether you have any knowledge of what it’s like to bring a dog? Are rentals open to pets? Is there much of a pet culture? Thanks 🙏
Yes lots of expats own pets there. There are many veterinary clinic around Dubai. However the animal welfare is poorly. If you have a pet at home, make sure you do not loose your pet, take your pet out on a leash. If you ever loose your pet, and if its caught by the government municipality your pet will most likely be put down if they cannot find you. And that's if they take the hassle to contact you. So if you keep your pets indoor and take serious consideration for their safety everything will be fine. There are many relocation companies you can use from your own country to transport your pet there.

It does vary ... some things like alcohol are very expensive and eating out can be, but accommodation has actually come down a lot and I think you get a lot more space for your money compared to plenty of other countries which is a huge plus. No tax of course too so that helps to balance things x
@@CarlyNeave thank you so much for responding, honestly didn't know if you would get time. I hope the move is going well and you and your family are keeping well x
I was supposed to move to Dubai when I was little for my dad’s business trip but we ended up not going I still wish we went but oh well England is still good XD
I don't know about transgenderism, but I can tell you regarding gay rights .. nobody will come snooping into your private life, unless you choose to publicly display it. Even premarital sex is technically against the law, but so many young couples live and visit dubai and theyre booking single hotel rooms for example ... so it's obvious what they're up to and yet they won't be barged into. The attitude is basically like a "don't ask, don't tell" thing. That said, I definitely still wouldn't reccomend LGBT folks to live here, unless you're wiling to basically live a closeted life
RUclips is new for me :) Instagram has been my main platform for the last 3 years. I certainly would not be able to live off this platform - it doesn't earn me much at all x

how is the pricing in Dubai? I always get the impression that everywhere is very expensive and never considered moving there

i have offen wondered is it legal to be transgender in dubai ? i wonder this question for every countery on the earth
Sadly no, The UAE is a Muslim country, so despite seeming like such a open and liberal city, has very conservative views as well. I’m sorry.
Dubai is a horrible place for gay people and poor people. This woman is very privilged. They have actual slavery in Dubai.
UAE or Dubai is not ideal for transgender or LGBT. Sadly.
