Here are some ways i deal with social anxiety: 1. Take action before you think, cause the more you think the harder it will be to overcome social anxiety 2. Stepping out of your comfort zone: try to do things that your social anxiety is not letting you do, remember small actions can make big changes so start with small action and then eventually you will see changes:) 3. pretend that you don't have social anxiety and try to act like a social butterfly and trust me this helped me so much! I went and talked to my classmates even tho i was feeling so so so awkward 😭 but still from the last 2 weeks i did this and now i have made progress i still feel anxious but ik i can overcome it!
