Of course we clean up as electricians because we prefer to make bank, not stank!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
That's a shop on wheels, real nice setup!
man that ladder rack is SWEET
Thank you
Damn that’s a really nice set up. I may need to get rid of my 2008 E250 and get the same.
Excellent set up boss man
Love the attitude
Wow, great job and nice video !! Thanks for great ideas !! Congratulations!
Thank you for taking the time to watch it and to leave a comment
Very nice set up especially for service work! I would put some kind of edge banding on the front of those shelves the guys will beat the shit out of them and that would protect them with out getting in the way of taking packouts out. Just a suggestion from experience. Good luck with new van and thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching
@@n.nalley7707 where you out of?? I’m in NY

We raise our floors 7.5” to allow for ladder and conduit storage underneath while still leaving headroom for workers 6’+. It also accommodates a large pull out drawer accessible from the side cargo door.
We also insulate the bulkhead for reduced noise and better/quicker climate control in the cab.
Lastly, we build a corner closet in the front corner for material for jobs that doesn’t fall under regular Van stock. Based on your video, we work in different worlds but the point of shelving and organization for me is to not have the daily wholesaler items sitting in the middle of the aisle.
Very nice
I’m a master electrician in West Virginia. I want to go out on my own so bad. I love commercial work. New builds and service work. I have no clue how to start and get into the commercial world. Any tips?
Where did you get the shovel and emt bender hooks and accessories? Really cool! Also, did you custom cut that aluminum sheet over the rear doors?
JV Plumbing. They are meant for plumbing companies.
I made a die and make my own bell end on pvc
Just heat up the pipe, beat my die in, let it cool, use channel locks to pull it out.
Never need to buy a coupling
How much does the van weigh after its fully stocked up?
Question: Why no sharpie markers on conduit? Is it a matter of code, or something else?
just nit picky ascetics. clean work won't have sharpie marks
Sharpie marks are fine as long as it’s not exposed
Nick, what size is your van?
High roof and extended
Nick, question, why didn’t you go with ranger design, wouldn’t it have been a lot lighter for the van?
Where did you get that can holder?
Amazon
@@n.nalley7707 link to it?
How much was the shelving?
Go to stv racking and use the code 509 to get a 5% discount on your next full van layout. My layout came in at $6-7k. Let me know if you have anymore questions
Bud take it from a professional. You can go ahead and throw that broom out

Amazing man 👌🏻. Electrical contractor in canada 2 years in and i have a ford transit . Would like your shelving design . How much will it run me for the complete shelving from stv ?
From what company did you get the shelf for above the side sliding door. Great layout.
