Can I suggest that you erect a covered wash bay on the exterior with a jet wash and vacuum cleaner so that you can pre wash prior to bringing the vehicles in. You can then allow your RUclips freinds to take advantage of the wash bay when they visit. You can also use it to promote the car gleaning and maintenance products from supporters. stzy safe J.
We've got the washbay area and I already proposed a retractable canopy to the land owner but with UK planning regulations it's really not that simple and unfortunately probably can't be done. We will see in time.

We used a large retractable canopy with attachable supports so it looks like a aluminium gazebo and we put his logo on the fabric. Hey Tim you need to have a ventilation system for the entire building because carbon monoxide poisoning is a real thing (especially if you are going to have offices in there)
I'd bring the cars into the center a little more, make a race track, wide enough to overtake on, going around the wall and also have a small wall on the inside of the track !!! You could really make it look like an F1 affair, track-wise 😬👍🏻 Elovate the office area and chill out area so the go carts could go under them like a tunnel ??? 🤔

That place is crying out for a raised walk-way going from the back, round the side where the temp office is to the roller door. Same level as the games mezzanine but not connected.

Epoxy coat the floors, will be easy to mop/clean on wet days.
