Please provide a video for age discrimination for workers in 70’s. The worker has had No accidents, commercial truck driver with 30 years loyal experience with this company. Employer HR requesting a neurological evaluation due to paperwork misunderstanding and calling it a safety concern. I’m a retired occupational environmental health and safety specialist. I find this type of conduct on behalf of the HR department unacceptable. HR provided no paperwork listing safety violations, no first warning, no heads up meeting with concerned parties. Texted that the 73 veteran employee can not come back to work until evaluation is completed by a neurologist. A primary doctor providing a memory test is not sufficient. This gentleman has been hassled since January 2024.
