- Tulsa Police filed a new felony charge against a Tulsa bride-to-be accused of planning multiple weddings for herself, signing contracts and then refusing to pay for any of the services rendered to her.
She even screwed over her friend? Wow, that’s cruel.
She screwed her out of her Money.....
She refused to pay Bail(ey) Money. So now she's going to jail.
@@jakepullman4914 Good one!
Baseball bat practice time...
Her friend and someone that she hired as a florist both flew down to Key West for the wedding that didn't happen. And this is the amazing part. They decided to offer their all ready services to the first couple interested in a spur of the moment wedding. They gave an unknown couple beautiful flowers, amazing photos, and even makeup and hair they had booked as a surprise for the scam bride before that big day. Those 2 women are amazing to turn such a negative into a life long positive for some strangers
The funniest part is that the reporter thinks she's gonna show up for court.
You're a silly little goober (American, most likely) if you think news anchors write these stories.
Wrong Critical-Thinker895. What he said was she is due in court...not that he thinks she will show up.
@@xyPERSON I said the reporter thinks it, not that they said it. When are we gonna get more educated trolls on YT? I'm gonna complain.
@@Critical-Thinker895You have no idea what the reporter thinks. What you mean is, "the funniest part is that *I think* the reporter thinks she's gonna show up for court."
But you realized that sounded ridiculous after getting called out, so you doubled down on the stupidity by calling them an uneducated troll. Your comment is so dumb it's actually painful. I'm genuinely embarrassed for you 😂
@@Critical-Thinker895 That's my point. How do you know what this reporter was thinking? Maybe you are telepathic which would be quite a unique power in this day and age.
My daughter was recently a bride.
Her venue was a $2000.00 DEPOSIT,
Deposit required for invitations, alterations, wedding cake….
How did this girl not have to pay anything up front?
Some people were given the gift to gab.
@@potdragon8091a 2K deposit is really nothing for a WEDDING venue. Just because YOU got married at the park for $10 doesn’t mean your marriage will last longer. Mind your own pocket. You sound salty. 😊

I want to know if she planned corresponding honeymoon trips too
I used to be a wedding officiant and this kind of reminds me of a small wedding I did at the home of an older couple. They were having family over for a cookout and wanted to surprise their guests with their wedding.
After the wedding, the bride wrote me a check and the groom even walked me out to my car, thanking me for my services.
The check bounced. The bride wouldn't answer my calls, texts, or voicemails. I even sent her a letter with a copy of the bounced check. No response.
I never accepted checks after that, only cash, and when time allowed, I required a non-refundable deposit.
I should write a book on the 15 yrs. I performed ceremonies. So many stories!
What is average for weddings. My daughter is having a smallish wedding in august in Tennessee. Her dad has money but he’s a classic narc and will not honor his commitments. So I want to be prepared.
Neve understood businesses that accepted checks
@EllEss331 .. Your story has nothing to do with this one. Your people actually had the wedding.
@@GeorgiaJakes7 he's a..narc? like a drug enforcement agent?
Usually the district attorney will pursue charges for a bounced check. And we’re on from it doesn’t cost you anything. And if they don’t pay it and I’ll eventually be arrested. It’s actually difficult to get somebody arrested for agreeing to pay and not doing it, but writing a check the balances is actually very different. Because the check is considered to be guaranteed funds. There are some other rules like the check cannot be to repay a loan it has to be for a service right then or some thing.
Im extremely confused, what was she (the bride to be) benefiting from all this. Sounds like all she did was waste peoples time.
That is what I am wondering. What is her point?
Same. Glad I'm not alone on this. My only thought is maybe subconsciously she feels like she's sticking it to those who benefit from weddings bc she's angry she can't find love? Sounds a bit like the psycho woman on Dr. Phil who would pretend she was giving her baby up for adoption while corresponding with the expectant couple for 9 months and when she was ready to deliver, she'd cut off all contact. She was a serial offender too
Yeah, I can’t figure out what she’s getting from all of this. She doesn’t even show up for the weddings, so I don’t understand the motive.
I think she did it for attention. I think we all know that one person, who creates drama out of nothing, who thinks everybody is constantly thinking about them, even out to get them, lies about being in accidents or being pregnant, even suicidal. The person who needs attention like the rest of us needs oxygen. I think this girl is like that, especially since she did it more than once; the attention was too good and she needed more. Who is going to deny something from a bride? No one.
Multiple weddings? WTF? I don't understand. Crazy B$h.
I never heard of event providers not requiring a down payment, if not paying upfront.
Well one was a friend. Still doesn't explain how she fell for it multiple times.
Same reason why soon to eat in a restaurant there will be automatic sitting fee before being g seated..to combat dine and dashers.
@@who346i support a sitting fee. It’ll also weed out the people who sit and chat for 5 hours drinking ice water and eating complimentary chips and salsa and leave 4 quarters on the table. My texmex restaurant started charging for chips and salsa when it was the only thing ordered.
WTF? She was faking her relationship status? Or was she engaged to multiple dudes? Or was she booking multiple weddings for a proposed wedding to the same one dude?
Right? Makes no sense. Where are the grooms in all of this??!
Same questions I have. Regardless girl has issues that a wedding isn’t going to resolve.
I don't understand the point of the scam? It doesn't make sense.
So glad I'm not the only one.

Fame is fame 😅
Yeah .no sense at all????? Can some one enlighten us???
sounds like she got free photos and didn't pay for them@@mr.willywinker4u849
Besides the friend, I don’t see how anyone did anything without a deposit with full payment prior to the event.
That's literally what I was thinking... I won't even be allowed inside the venue for my wedding on the day of until the deposit is payed in full. This woman must either have a silver tongue, or she picked venues where the people had no idea what they were doing.
These business owners must be rookies😂
@@scarsound The latter reason has to be it. Practically everything requires a deposite these days, especially any thing wedding related. Maybe they thought her signature meant something on those contracts.
Signed contract and smooth talk happens everyday
That is why these charges are a stretch. A good lawyer will have the charges dismissed.
I don't really understand the point of this scam...what did she actually get from all this?
Maybe she set-up donation measures to get money from community members or online… the need makes it sound like she just got off on wasting the time of wedding businesses.
Giggles
Attention, validation and fame
Attention.
maybe donations, the center of attention, some sick fantasy about finding someone with bad eyesight to bang her - its a red state who really know what kind of sick stuff they are into
This is modern day reporting where you have a house full of reporters that don't know how to do internet investigations to find the other side of this possible scam.
This story left me with way more questions than answers.
Exactly!
Why talk about if no concrete information is going to be put out?
This story dors not add up and does not make sense at all
This is a fluff story, no reason to actually report it, it's just mildly interesting. By next week this is forgotten.
Bingo- some internet dude is giving her money to plan their wedding that never happens
Yes, that the reporter expected someone accused of multiple felonies to talk face to face without their attorney hints at ignorane of reality.
Reporters don’t do in depth research anymore. They just get a copy of the court report and go off that.
This is another extremely poorly explained story. Its as clear as mud.
Odds are when she's in prison she'll find a partner to get married with.
Bets! Everyone place your bets! I chime in $5.00!
And Jesus😂😂😂
Dang! Just when I think I've heard it all, rodneysmith comes up with that idea...Good job...
There is no shortage of beta simps guys willing to marry her, she will fish few them
Prison???? People that commit murder get out on bail now. She won't spend a day in jail...
A felony? Seems more like a collection kind of thing. A civil matter rather than a felony.
As a bridal hairdresser and makeup artist, im SO glad this woman is now famous and and facing felony charges- can you imagine how relieved these men are that the weddings never happened?
I don’t think there were any men. She did this multiple times with different fake wedding dates that she knew she and others would not show up for. What a psychopath. She’s not getting anything from this. She apparently got off on these vender’s losing money and time.
I don't think there's any men in these. At all.

@@Alwaysbeclosing1774 I don’t think there was a man either, but wouldn’t it be a red flag if someone shows us solo for engagement photos?

Was she even getting married at all or was she just playing make-believe? The photographer seems to have taken pictures of them together, Did this woman actually have a man that she left at the altar multiple times?
There was no man. Never getting married. Kinda sick, huh?

She wanted attention, it was about attention.

This makes no sense to me. Where is the fiance in all of this? There is so much missing from the story.
I don't think there was a "fiance" - I'm guessing something is loose between her ears
The groom-to-be was only in her imagination.
Her fiancee was Brad Pitt.
its Oklahoma- why would you expect it to make sense, if it made sense I would be worried
Married in my in-laws living room. Ring was $39 (0.02 carat!), dress was $99. Cake made by MIL. $20 for the reserve Air Force Chaplain, and I wore my uniform. TOTAL cost was $160 or so. Been married for 47 years, so we're down to a little over $3 a year.
Oh...three months later, we moved to England (both of us were active duty Air Force), and had a GLORIOUS four year European honeymoon!
Back when there was no social media and widespread narcissism. You're a lucky man who has lived a life full of authentic experiences!

Maybe I’m missing something, but if she didn’t show up to any of the events, what did she get out of it? she didn’t marry any of the men, so she just booked these events and then didn’t appear? I don’t get it…
She got of paying the ventures and contractors. They showed up ready to render services or already rendered services. She skipped out in the bills.
@@MissElizabeth1920 Yeah I guess that part… She definitely committed a crime by having people render services… But what did she get out of it? If she didn’t participate in any of the events, what was the point? she simply wanted to stiff all these vendors? Is that what she got out of it!? That would be weird…
That is likely not the case. Maybe she has been dealing with psych issues? Who knows. People are way too quick to judge and way too harsh about their judgements. @@creativesolutions902

What’s the point of all this? Did she ever really get married? 🥴
No. There actually was no groom.
I’m a photographer and a wedding doesn’t get written on my calendar until I have a signed contract and deposit.
These people had those things…
So I want to hear the follow-up story on all the guests who bought gifts and planned to attend. What happened to them?
There were no invited guests or finance. This lady got off on screw vendors over.
@kgregory9026 Maybe she's a failed wedding planner and is bitter? Maybe she faked relationships to brag to friends, and it went too far😂😂 this is a weird one for sure.
The guests are all still at the local Holiday Inn.
This is why people require deposits, payments & contracts.
Yet they allow a judge to drive drunk with her 10 year old grandson.
Honestly don't know how they get away with literally breaking the law. Whoever's excusing the judge needs to be sued.
Da fuq are you talking about

Many vendors request a deposit, before any contracts are signed, especially a venue facility. A wedding photographer also asks for a deposit.

She actually received items and services she didn't pay for.
That's literally theft.
@HeroicRecaps If you walked into a retail store and stole $1200 worth of merchandise, do you think it would be a "civil" matter? I think not. I also think law enforcement knows what laws are on the books and they're not just pulling a felony charge out of their butts.

😅😅😅😅
This sounds less criminal and more civil to be honest. She owes money. We don't have debtors prison in America. Did she write a check on a closed account or something? Since it's multiple vendors I suppose a criminal case could be made for intentional fraud.
Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.
I dont understand. Making wedding plans for what? To get money? Where does the $$$$ come in?
she probably set up a gofundme lol

What about deposits? I paid for two weddings and paid many deposits. This is so confusing.
There must not be a lot going on in Tulsa if this passes for news.
Well at least she don't have to worry about paying for her honeymoon. Her honeymoon comes with roommate in a prison cell 😂
Bad reporting Fox23. You didn't explain what the scam was. The "scammer" apparently got nothing of value since there was no wedding.

We don't have debtors' prison, this isn't Dickensian times! I hate scammers and criminals, but I have never known any of these services to not charge a large good-faith deposit. Or is this a white thing? Because I bet they would've charged my kind at least half up front. So, it is their fault they decided not to charge their own. I hope she doesn't show up to court. Charge everyone!
Maybe it's the rep...or the people you've dealt with.

Gives new meaning to run away bride. Ma’am!
We've learned here that she "gets around".
So, what was she doing? Like, is she a single person pretending to be a bride? Did she plan these simultaneously? We’re they all for the same wedding? I just can’t wrap my head around what this was.
I’d bet she doesn’t show for court.
So does she even have a fiancee?!
This doesn't make any sense. Weddings, as in more than one? Any grooms involved? Who was supposed to benefit from this "scam"?
This is next level unhinged. What is this girl doing?!
Why just why would anyone do this?!?!?! I don't get what she gets out of doing this!!!
I don't understand. What does she gain from enlisting these services if she doesn't intend to use them?
What did she obtain under false pretenses? Seems she got nothing. Common sense.
How are all these people and businesses giving out their services BEFORE being paid in full?! What are/were they thinking??!!
What services if there were no weddings?! What about down payments? This is so strange.
Don’t most vendors for weddings demand a down payment before they will schedule you?
Came in with more questions than anything else.
1. Was this some clout stunt?
2. Was she really engaged at all?
3. What were all the people thinking of not demanding a deposit in advance?
4. Is the news A.I. generated now?
There'a one thing missing from this story, the Groom(s)! where's the Groom(s) in all this? Was there even a Groom(s)? Was there ever a real wedding planned? Was she planning a fake event just for attention? It was an investigative report with minimal investigation. They could have tied the whole story up by stating at the end "we tried reaching out to the groom(s) but, A) they didn't want to make a statement, or B) we were unable to locate a groom(s). Simple huh?
She thought mommy and daddy would pay for this! Bailey needs jail time.
