Any separate limit for Cash : No - limit is same 10L in a financial year - one time or collective. From 01st June 20 onwards TDS in case of withdrawal of cash above. 20 lakhs or 1 crore @ 5% or 2% (based on ITR filing status)
What limit for Current Account : 50L : Any person deposit cash exceeding 1 crore in his Current Accounts in a financial year, then it is mandatory for him to file return of income even if his income is below taxable limit.

Indian system is very very complicated, especially for senior citizens, we r not tech savy, can't use net banking.etc and get really hasseled, and CAs etc mislead us very easily.

श्रीमान जी, बैंक अकाउंट में कई साल तक लेन -देन की एंट्री न होने के कई कारण होते हैं । खाताधारक को यह ज्ञान होने के बाद भी वह बैंक में क्लेम करने इसलिए नहीं जाता कि बैंक उस पर minimum balance maintain का रूल लगाकर penulty न मांगे। हो सकता है कि पेनल्टी का अमाउंट ही उसके बैंक बैलन्स से अधिक हो जाए! कृपया इस विषय में भी बताएं।

10 years mei band hoga if there is money in it and no transaction but if zero balance immediately it will close

Please clarify about DICGC 5 Lakhs insurance.
Suppose I opened 3 SB account in one bank like below:-
1) A ( Individual)
2) B ( Individual)
3) A & B ( Joint)
Here there is 2 customer IDs but 3 different SB account. So, insurance will be of 5L*2= 10L or 5L*3= 15L.
How and why?

A- 5 Lakhs

AB- 5 Lakhs

Two days before by mistake I deposited Rs2.5 lakh in my saving AC in one day in single transaction . Should I will get notice from income tax department regarding this.
After this I will not deposit any amount in this account bcoz I don't have more money to deposit in it and whatever amount I deposited I will withdraw after sometime for house expense .
I am worried on it of getting notice of depositing Rs 2.5 lakh single day transaction of deposit. Kindly reply what to do in this .

Indian banks and taxes department has too many rules . Even Chinese banks don’t have so many rules . They don’t ask anything as much deposit as much withdraw only transfer to another country is 5 k $ per day and if transferring with in China it’s 50k$ per day
