As someone who has two friends with DID/OSDD and dating one of the alters, I can confirm (one of them thinks I might have DID because I heard a voice in my head at one point that said "red wolves killed my father" I've also heard my deadname being called without anyone being near me, I nearly fell over after spacing out, I can't remember most of that day, I was at school, that's all I remember from that day, but yeah, I'm just waiting till I turn 18 to move out to see a therapist and talk about this) if you wanna talk, I have Twitter we can talk through, just lemme know

it’s nice to know that there are other people out there who really do deal with this too, but it’s sad to know as well because it’s so overwhelming and comes from so many years of trauma. it can be so distracting when everyone is doing their own thing and you’re simply trying to focus or sleep and can’t do that. but anyways, thank you!
