When I open my eyes, my room will feel like it's huge. The size of a football stadium huge. I'm 21 now, but have experienced this ever since I can remember and after all these years I still break out in a full on panic. I try to keep calm and control myself, but it's literally impossible for me. I try to roam my house while in a panic trying to "run away" from it, but I can only hope it'll stop soon.
If anyone has some helpful tips & tricks for me, I'm desperate to know..
I just did the middle finger at myself while trying to open a can of Mtn Dew
Caught me off guard with Gran Turismo music 🤲🏼
As someone with adhd, I hate it how my classmates keep calling me autistic and say other really bad things about me. Like adhd has quite literally made my social life at school crumble.
