    I would say it depends on the play style. I had hurricane 3 neo on my forehand as a second bat and it worked like a dream. Yes your technique has to be decent and yes you have to clean it often to maintain it but if you practice with it and get your technique adjusted to the tackiness then its the spinniest rubber on the market.

    Hurricane provincial blue sponge is about £35 if you don't buy it from an overpriced store, better control, better spin, better speed potential. Also saying that pro players don't use commercial hurricane while comparing it to xiom musa is definitely a choice.

    I disagree on this one. Different people, different tendencies, different style of play, different preferences... so it's not correct to think that there is only one correct type of rubber for beginners. And there are some cheap and good Chinese hybrids that are very easy to control, are semi sticky so won't have a dead feel.

      Absolutely, It's only from our experience and perspective. Equipment choice is of course subjective.
