A lot of the Falcom development team want to continue the series apparently, I just hope those little tidbits have some form of substance (and won't be a pre-cursor for some sort of gacha based on Xanadu).

I fell absolutely in LOVE with Tokyo Xanadu Ex+ when I played it on PC years and years ago. In fact I think it was my intro into Falcom as a whole, which is in my top 3 JRPG developers of all time.
I should add in mid-March Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery had a CBT. The translation is done and it’s mostly about fixing any bugs, UI issues, and translation issues. We should expect some more news in the next month or two. I did see some leaked CGs floating around and oh boy, it’s some gnarly stuff.

Some of these games are really weird. And I agree, the TMS art really doesn't look good on Adol. I hope that that picture is not the final product. I am getting Nayuta later this year and maybe even Rune Factory. I don't know, I have somehow gotten into Farming RPGs. I am currently playing Harvestella after finishing Cold Steel 2. I will be getting those fish. But Cold Steel was an amazing experience and it was so great seeing Lloyd and Rixia again. Even though I just pressed the Nuke Button during the final dungeon. I pressed it a lot. But yeah, Atelier. Seems nice. Damn, I am buying too many games. Still haven't started Valkyria Chronicles too. But farming RPGs are so much fun. There is just so much stuff to do.
Atelier Ryza 3 is a very enjoyable game. I really love Harvestella. I think it's a underrated game. The most complaints are from people that think the male protagonist is not "manly" enough. Go figure... I am playing Rune Factory 5 also at this moment, and if you love farming, gathering, fighting and a bit of management, you can't go wrong with that title.
Another great round up. Around 15hrs into Ryza 3 and the only glaring issue for me personally is the text size, as someone who wears glasses it's not a fun time. Even though I'm playing the game on Switch and in handheld mode I'm still struggling.
I've already preordered the Nayuta LE. It's a shame that no physical PlayStation release is planned for Live A Live. Let's hope that the new Oath in Felghana version will make it to the west eventually.
No mention of Paranormasight? One thing that Square Enix got right recently. Very fun little game :) Somewhere between a visual novel and an adventure game I would say, so maybe that's why it wasn't mentioned.

dang, thats a lot of info, however nothing seemed to catch my interest this time but Tokyo Xanadu sequel does sound good, after all that game was pretty good.
The Switch port of Tokyo Xanadu is really awesome. I'm not exactly hopeful that we'll get a localized version of it, just because of the general feeling around how relatively unknown the game is, but it's nice (for me) to see Falcom putting more focus on the Switch since that's what I mostly play on. And it's actually been on my mind recently too, since I've been eyeballing it on Steam recently, waiting for a good sale to pick it up (after I let the Spring sale slip by). Feels like it might be worth testing the waters now and seeing if we get lucky. And yeah... I'm not a huge fan of the artstyle for Adol either. It just looks too soft for the vibe he usually has, like it's missing that certain fierceness and determination he has despite his overarching kindness. It looks good, just not like Adol. At this point, I honestly kind of miss the classic silver armoor. I know they said they were trying to move away from that design because they felt it wasn't as well received in modern times (and I kinda hate the costume version of it in Lacrimosa since the red clothes beneath look a little too much like a bodysuit), but I almost wish they tried to keep more of the general aesthetic instead of throwing it all out entirely. At least a little bit of silver in the design since it is so important from a lore standpoint. Oh well. If nothing else, he still has the hoodie vibe from Celceta. Either way, thanks for the video! I always look forward to these each month since they're really informative.

Curious if the Xanadu switch port is to get current audiences caught up like they did with the Crossbell games right before Hajimari or just to gauge general interest but that notebook is definitely sus. The more I see of Crymachina the higher it gets on my anticipated games list.

Idk man after Honkai and Genshin, I'm not a fan of how mihoyo makes story, because at hearts it's for gacha games. I still will try Star Rail for side games if only for the gameplay and waifu but definitely not for the story unlike Trails.

And there is another Neptunia Game releases in Aug, and its always a welcome and aimed for a copy for sure; Tokyo Xanadu looks "cool" in NSW so I should get a copy too in June. The new persona spinoff game is a little bit "made in China/carbon copy" vibe, feels on it despite being endorse by Persona 5 itself. I'll pass on that at the moment
Hmm... A Persona Mobile game? That does not sit comfortable with me. I love the Persona games, but making it into a gacha, or even worst - microtransaction-ridden payed-lootbox type of games, is stuff out of nightmares. Honkai Star Rail looks interesting, but suffers the same always-on-line requirement, that honestly puts me off. And that NFT stuff- Well the least we say about that, the best. At this moment I am playing Atelier Ryza 3, and I really have a nice time with it. Of course I wonder what will come after that. Atelier Sophie 3 maybe? Who knows... Crymachina looks very interesting to me, and I still feel some Crystar connections. And the biggest news for me is of course the possibility of a new Tokyo Xanadu game. I really loved the first one, and I am simply hungry for a next one. The story was not finished yet, so it's time to tell more... And maybe go the full Trails story route? Well - I can hope and dream at least...
Give me a/the TX(+) sequel - can be an action-JRPG like the first one or (even) turnbased - and I am all in for that but this time, with more bonding events á la Cold Steel because Kou has several potential girls as future waifus. And this time with Eng dub, please.

I did notice that, UI scaling is fairly important and I was surprised it wasn't there.
