Donald Duck, who stayed on guard for the job. wanted to become a super hero, which quickly got granted when a professor took him in and turned him into the fearful PK. He has to put a stop to an empire known as the Evronians and save the Galaxy from being conquered.

I remember seeing articles for this game in gaming magazines always wanted to play it but couldn't find a physical copy

I know at least in the Europe, you can buy this game in PS3 store. And I don't think finding it should be difficult.
