Why would you even go to a Kayo Dot show if you're gonna talk over the quiet and subtle parts? Assuming the people who went to see them are actually fans, you'd think they have knowledge of this band's dynamics and stfu.
I had a nightmare where Kayodot played in front of a country with amplifiers as tall as mountains. Everything was beautifully destroyed into something new. In the beginning, it was Floodgate that wrecked havoc.
Great footage! It's good to see these guys back in action, they sound better than ever! Mia is missed though. So I guess Toby is going to be playing mainly bass now.
This kind of music requires introspection and catharsis and most people who go to concerts just want easy entertainment, so they have no respect. I think there should be chairs so people would just sit and listen, realize this is not the kind of music you dance to,
He plays bass on most of the Gamma Knife and Coyote stuff, but who knows what they'll do next. Mia still contributes I think, but doesn't tour with them.
kayo dot needs to play in front of HUUUUGEEE audiences... so underrated
Brings tears to my eyes, majestic beauty
indeed, people talking during the performance (especially the subtle sections) is not what this music deserves
Seriously one of the greatest compositions ever

I agree! If you want to talk, STAY AT YOUR HOME ON SOFA and watch football!
if you're gonna play for more than two people it's inevitable that they're going to talk, it's annoying as hell but it is expected
I think they often do that final fantasy melody bit in the song. I've had it several times live.
What bit is that? I always thought the ending section of The Antique sounds like the desolate 2300AD world theme from chrono trigger.
found it @ 9:23
fucking video game nerds! XD
Goddamn the people talking? What the hell is wrong with them. Even people who go to see Kayo Dot are broken.

Man, Toby's voice here... fucking amazing!
Unfortunately vocal audience...
People are jerks. People were talking when I saw them too.
She played with them in L.A. when I saw them in August, it was awesome. During the new songs she stepped off stage and joined the crowd haha

Thanks! More to come.
What a great performance!
