- Trouble Parking Our Motorhome at a Spanish Campsite! In this vlog we arrive at the Costa Dorada where we find a lovely family-run campsite in Clara. We visit Torredembarra which is just north of Tarragona and south of Barcelona. Hi both, lovely to see you having a great time in Spain. What route did you take?
Hi and thank you very much. We took the ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbeo and followed the main roads down South from there. Toll roads are a lot cheaper in Spain and for that reason we used them. It made the journey down a lot easier. We use a Garmin Avtex 2 satnav so we have the vehicle sizes set and location is in we follow the route it takes us. Hope this helps, happy travels 😊

Stayed here last year Tarragona okay but for the railway lovely beach
Hi, it is a lovely beach and the railway can be an issue for some however we don’t mind for a short stay as it's a beautiful area and that makes up for it 👍 Happy travels 😊

Forgot to say we struggled in and out trying to avoid the low trees 😂
Yes, the trees they use can be a right pain in the backside and always make me nervous however we always seem to manage somehow 🤣
Not sure I would have risked those sites with trees , one false move and a big bill follows , ask me how i know, I never trust anything I can’t see with my own eyes anymore but well done for emerging unscathed 👍
Hi, I totally understand as it's very hard to put trust in others when manoeuvring in tight spots and if it goes wrong then it's on you as the driver, where possible I would try my best not to.

Hi and thank you very much. We use a GoPro 11 with a 360 mic attachment. Software we use is Final Cut Pro for editing. Hope this helps 👍😊

Enjoying your journey, do you now reconsider the thought about getting an air conditioning unit
Hi and thank you, we are not at the stage to reconsider getting air conditioning fitted once you are climatised and as long as you have airflow through the motorhome it's not too bad at all. Having airflow is important and easier to power off grid.
