Thanks so much, man. It’s really saved me. I live in an apartment complex place and I’ve been waiting for them to come reprogram my new garage door opener for two months now so I got sick of it and just did it myself. Although it wasn’t the same exact process for some reason when I clicked the button two times I didn’t hear a beep, but I seen the light flash on the panel connected to the wall. And then I looked up at my garage door opener system, and the light flashed and blinked every time I clicked the button on my controller.. so I don’t know what happened, but I just kept messing with the learn button on the wall and holding the garage door button on the controller and I heard a clicking noise come from the garage door or something.. and then it worked lol
Hello, and thank you for sharing this video. Today, 9/06/24, our LiftMaster Professional formula I part number 41AB050-2. The wall control panel LED was blinking super fast. We could not open the garage door at all. The unit itself turned on quickly and off but did not stay on. I disabled the electrical wire for 30 minutes, and it was making these strange noises, and I think the light turned on every 2 or 3 times. I clicked on the link that you shared, so now I am looking for part number 41AB050-2
I have power to everything except the wired 3 button wall switch. The green LCD light is off. Is there a transformer in the Opener that provides 12 volts to the wall switch? Can it be replaced?
@@doingitall7450 Hello! I have this problem too - the door works fine, goes up and down either using the remotes or the wall button but the wall switch’s light is dead … Do you know how I can fix it? Thank you
Lol... I took for granted that everybody would have checked for power at the plug in to the garage door opener first. If you have no power to plug in you are correct 💯, thank you for contributing!
@DougsX5 No. Thank you!!! Your instructions worked 4 me. I went 2 help my friends parents and they have a light on their gfci that was out. My friends dad said he had 2 press it when he was moving stuff around. I pressed it 4 him. Garage door lights began 2 flash and it made beeping noises and it came back on!!!! Crazy!!!
GOD bless you! Thank you for sharing your experience in such an easy and short way.
You're welcome and thank you for the wonderful compliment.

Thank you so much. it wasn't the board but there was a loose wire inside. Now it just goes down and comes back up. On to the next video.
Good luck, sometimes if it goes down shuts and then automatically opens back up. The force sensor is set too sensitive and needs to be adjusted.

Sorry I just saw this, did you get it figured out?

@@gabigutierrez2147 If it's just the little LED light in the switch, I would just replace the wall switch.
Welp once I saw the circuit board is involved I that settled my decision to call a technician haha
Hopefully they fixed it and didn't charge too much.
The wires that are connected to the board are all white and red. There are 3 sets. How should I proceed without a black?
@@johndim11 Mark them so you remember how they get reinstalled. I'm assuming the way they are installed the garage door worked until it didn't....
12 years I had my house for 12 years almost 13 years and no issue with my garage door openers
BEFORE ALL THIS... PRESS THE RESET BUTTON ON YOUR GFCI SWITCH
