Makes me tear up sometimes.

I use the same ratio for idli. But I use idli rawa instead whole rice. Idli comez suoer soft. And just before preparing we add jeera, crushed pepper, hing & 3 spns soaked channa dal to the batter. It becomes v tasty & healthy during rainy & winter seasons. For greasing, ghee is best I feel.
