My brother in -law uses koboko, to beat his wife for even asking him questions or say a word. She will only obey his commands, he broke her head on one occasion because she didn’t take his instructions accordingly. His 4 sons watched him do this from their little age to university age. They they intervened as grown boy in their early twenties from beating their mum, he went around telling people his son beat him, meanwhile they only held him from beating their mum. He layered curses on them. Left to now marry his side chick, who in turn abused him, cheat on him openly challenge him, slapped him, and he left his home for her and later died. A lot is happening in this country in this thing called marriage. Women are dying in silence, and psychological trauma is a high issue, but clothes and makeup covers all. God help us. Until a law is passed seriously on domestic violence and abuse. Those who are supposed to be behind bars will be walking around free and even boasting.

Wow you talk about karma. He abused a good wife lied on his sons left her when the children were grown married his side chick and the side chick did to him what he was doing to his 1st wife who loved him who cherished him. Karma is real!!!!!!!!! I hate to say that's what he get but what I will say what goes around comes around if you know you did someone wrong go back and make it right because if you don't it's surely going to happen to you. Thank you for that story

So true....... I believe he love his first wife up to today. That's why he have to always bring her up I also feel he feels he lost with his first wife and it hurts him so bad he can't get over it. Men don't like to lose in anything in life whether it's a wife or relationship money a business they do not take losing very well.

The reason a lot of men are upset at his son speaking in the interview is because he spoke up for his mother. If he had supported his father they would not have a problem with it.

    • @marymccormick3779
      @marymccormick3779 2 месяца назад

      So true......
The reason why they feel Michael should have stood up for his father is because they had fathers and that is what they would have done for they fathers. Not thinking their fathers was not verbally abusive. They father's nourish them spent quality time with them showed them the ropes the way to go about getting things done, how to do things that a man should do how a man is supposed to conduct him self they had true fathers.
They don't understand Ekema was not a good father. Once they understand that then they'll understand Michael.

He is the reason his son is having anger issues I pray Emma can get the funds to send him to therapy so that he can live a productive life. I'm afraid if he don't get the counseling he's going to turn out to be like his father. And he won't even realize he's like his father until someone bring it to his attention. That will be sad

He has moved on, has a new family but still yet he has no peace. He brought it on the SM but then thinks he can continue to control his exwife & children. It is alarming to see that Emeka Ike checks all the boxes of MALIGNANT NARCISSISM! This can be gleaned from the multiple interviews he has granted over the years and the chilling voice message he recently sent to his son!
Regarding his son speaking out publicly, let’s not forget he’s a victim of abuse and the world shouldn’t dictate to him how he should react because he’s the one wearing the painful shoes.
He and his mother probably wouldn’t have said anything if Emeka Ike hadn’t resurrected this issue, yet again! He had only one job in that interview and that was to talk about the movie “Malaika” but oh no, he couldn’t resist making it about himself as always!
Thanks Nezeville for doing due diligence (as usual) on this highly anticipated video.

I understand this boy very well, as a first child and for growing in an abusive household with a narcissistic father, narcissistic people would never ever accept that they are wrong, they would rather manipulate you and make everything and everyone goes against you, they would play mind games on you and if you’re not strong you would start blaming yourself for things that aren’t even your fault lol, I experience all this with my dad, he would sometimes call family members and start crying and i sometimes ask myself if he was mentally stable until i talked to my sociology teacher and he told me my dad is a narcissist and i started making research it, and finally started observing him. But the big problem here is that our African roots never wants to accept that not all parents are good, they would rather blame everyone but never tell that parent the truth, especially if he is rich (my dads case) but they would gossip at his back lmao. Michael has to be strong but it’s hard because the way i see this Emeka he is not ready to look for help, let them be just distant from him and from social media for their sanity and mental health, i wish them good luck but that family is already broken.

    • @deinstar2884
      @deinstar2884 8 месяцев назад

Spot on. The man is a confirmed narcissist. He is displaying all the traits, irresponsible, manipulative, telling lies etc. They enjoy drama and whipping up sentiments. They can make you think you are the one with the problem 🤔 the best way to handle them is to give them the silent treatment. Go no contact! The man is frustrated and the only way to handle himself is to seek for attention through the media. Unfortunately the media house that interviewed him should have not given him their platform to air his grievances. Going forward I hope other media houses will scrutinize their prospective guests before going live!

He will even shed tears for pity from people. Like Mr Ike's wife I did not say anything to anyone because the more I exposed him the more he fabricated lies and exposing the family. I remember when my children told me to start talking, and they were ready to back my story because they experinced it. Yes there are men like him , I knew one years ago...now I am free!!!

This African Misogyny is the scariest thing especially when it plays out in reality. If this boy came out with his father to vilify his mother, you will not believe the sympathy both men will get, the bashing this woman will receive. It’s scary being a woman in this parts tbh!. We have seen it with Mohbad’s wife, now that same ideal is showing up here. I tire for my people.

I have been waiting for such a comment!
This is exactly the story of my life.
My Father was verbally and physically abusive.
He is almost 70, she just turned 60.
He is no longer physical, but very verbally abusive.
To the general public right up to his siblings he is a good man.
My mom tried to ask for help even from his siblings.
My dad lied and flipped the story. Who will believe you over their brother?
I remember when I was 23 trying to convince my uncle that my dad is physically abusive. He refused vehemently until one day as God will have it, he witnessed it himself.
But when i told him, He was shocked at what he was hearing and felt mom was making me talk that way. When they come to the house he is all nice, but we were scared.
They remarked that we were unusually quiet but he would cover up.
Funny thing is my mother to this day protects him before us. We are all grown and on our own, but she still hides his deeds for fear of an uproar.
My dad on the other hand never missed any opportunity to tell us something bad about our mother from childhood.
We are adults now and we stopped him from talking to us about her but back then it was not the same.
To the world he is an angel. To us he was a tyrant.
I don't want to say we were abused because that time they no be see that treatment as abuse.
But he used to tell us children that we will never amount to anything.
Fits of anger, drunkennes, insults, violence, was the order of the day.
My mom is the calm one.my dad was the one complaining everywhere. She only tried to seek for help once and when she was shunned she entered her shell.
My mom is still married to him now.
We take care of him, both of them as much as we can, but the scars are there.
Anyone who has not experienced such will never understand Micheal, but I do.
If my mom wanted to grant an interview back then I would have followed her irrespective of what she would say.

I am glad he spoke up. It's a threat to life situation. May the husbands of those supporting Emeka Ike become like Emeka Ike and may their children experience what Emma's children experienced. May the men also experiende Emeka Ike's behaviour at the hands of their wives. They don't see anything wrong with the father's language but they are crying wolf because the young man called his father "guy". Most of the actors who are aware of his toxic behaviour towards his wife ab initio have kept mute, but those failed fathers and husbands are jumping up and down in support of this monster who wants to kill his son. If this young man is guilty of coming out to say his truth, then his father is 100 times more guilty for abusing his ex-wife and son. People dont seem to understand the kind of mental damage those voice notes will have on that child. God forbid such a moster for a father.

The problem with you women is that you are quick to conclude and judge men. You believe what the woman said already without listening to the other side of the story or care to believing what the man said, so to speak. You are trying to tell me now that the man just gets angry for nothing without his wife doing anything to him or provoking the anger. It is on record, and statistics have shown that 70% of domestic emotional abuse is mostly started and initiated by women. ( Do not forget that verbal abuse from women leads to physical leads to physical abuse from me). It is the emotional abuse initiated by women that escalates to domestic physical abuse from the men. Men are sometimes angry when they think about the situation, the suffering, investments, and resources made in marriages and their families, and yet they are treated badly in return by their wives, children and in the society. Dont get me wrong, women invest too in marriages and their families, but the men invested more and most of the burden are rested on the men shoulders and not the women, such as house rent/mortgage, school fees, feeding, clothing, sometimes taken care of inlaws, inlaws families, school fees, birthday, upkeeps, chrismas gifts or funerals for inlaws etc. Most men get angry because they think that after wasting all these resources, time, and money for a woman who do not care because she never invested so much for the marriage, and the family and yet the woman dont respect the man at home. Sometimes, I advise most men to always investigate your mother inlaw and the entire family of your inlaws before embarking on the weddings. Who knows, you might find something that might save and rescue your entire future from a bad marriage. You people are always quick to blame men for everything. The women are not always wrong in marriages. They are perfect.
It is only the men that take all the blame. In the society we live today, even if the man is right, people will always take the woman's word over the man. So people are going to be biased and one-sided towards the man, especially the women, blaming the man for everything. So, in the long run, the man isn't going to be favored. Most women turned the children against their father and mostly used domestic violence, such as hitting and beating on the man as a weapon to exonerate themselves from their emotional abuse escapades by making up lies.
Finally, the question is, why did you get married to him or her when you see red flags? Women quickly always support the women and leave the men out of it. None of us were there or living with them in their homes to know and see exactly what really happens. It could be the man is at fault or the woman is at fault, too. Most men are always mute and taciturn, they don't always speak up even when they are right to avoid been stigmatized in their marriages as the head of the family but women due to their loquacious, garrulous and boisterous nature are always quick to speak up coupled with lies to always exonerate themselves from the picture and true nature of the situation thereby playing the victim. In conclusion, let's us try also to listen to the men. They also suffer in the hands of women.

I have been in a similar situation as well. Neze it seems you're the only vlogger on this topic that speaks sense! That's why I respect and love you! My experience was similar and my ex-husband cheated on me and got another woman pregnant during our marriage. He abused me in every way and did it in public! He still to this day blames me and others for his downfall and not himself for being deported back to Nigeria. The only difference is I didn't have a child with this man! Thank God! Anyway, I believe the son Micheal and his mother Emma. They have nothing to gain and don't want anything from Emeka! Also, all of those people who lie against the son and his mother are just as guilty! They sound so foolish about taking Emeka's side just by 1 or 2 accounts. Emeka has a problem and need to seek professional help as well as the whole family that has been affected by his mental abuse and illness for years. He is a threat to society. It won't be long until the current wife comes out with her experience with him. I feel sorry for her too because she doesn't know what she got herself into!

By virtue of him experiencing the drama between them, Micheal is not interfering - he has always been involved. He may have been young and powerless to do anything but that did not stop his emotions from being involved. You have spoken well, Nezeville.
There is an African saying: nothing pains worse to see a father beats a mother. A child world crashed seeing such. This adage is simply saying that children would wish their parents are happy and protect each other. When one becomes abusive to another, the kids are seriously impacted. They wish it was someone else who abused their mother, not the hero, their father. I tell you something, children may I adore their mother more than their father which attachment theory might explain better. The father remains their hero. Their shield and protector of all, including their mother. It's more of a disappointment to see that the father caused pain to their mother.
If the mother happens to be the abuser, children feel the same way. This means that children protect the most vulnerable, and it is usually the mother.
My mother and father relationship got toxic after dad married a second wife. My mother felt uncontrollably disappointed and pained, causing my father and his family to attack my mother, calling her names for challenging polygamy tradition. My mother being rejected and dejected affected me, creating a certain mindset of not being good enough to date. These things affect our kids who are still developing in the brain , than it may affect us adults. Michael, as a male young man, continues to develop in the brain till up to 30 years.
There was a time when I was so angry at my father, expressing my grief through rebellion. My father took my behaviour as though my mother has fed me with lies, forgetting that i experienced the abuse.
My father never discussed my mother with us in a bad way even though I could decored his body expression, wanting to.
My mother, who was pained, would express the pains of my fathers abuses to me. However, I knew my role was redirecting the energy to compassion and forgiveness. All I wanted was to see the two primary people to my existence live happily.
Contrarily, if my father had sounded like Emeka Ike, I would have no need to protect his interest in front of my mother. I am sure my father would definitely have his side of the story, but he sealed his own truth because he would damage me the more he condemns my mother. The two great people in my life can't all be bd. They define me.
No child wants to see his parents' lives apart or continue to fight.
Unless Emeka Ike is depressed , no father should speak the way he sounded in the audio.
Healing starts to occur when a father refuses to engage in further damage, even if he is truly the abusive person because blood is thick enough to mend. It actually shows the love of a father that Emeka took the bullet.
I don't understand why any human being won't understand Michael deserves the right to fight if he feels his dad is oppressing his mother.
I heard some of you justify Emeka grief. Like I said earlier, he might be downcast and needs help. Those audio sounded disturbing and diabolical. It has gone past a mere frustration. Some said his anger towards Michael might be because he dropped out of school. What is school to do with a child you almost lost? A child battling with his future, his development of who he becomes. I don't have an issue with a child dropping out of school as long as the kids have a pain. What dittermines a successful isn't school, but good mental and psychological foundation to make hard decision such as problem troubleshoot.

Neze thank you once again for doing justice to this case! As far as I'm concerned, Emeka Ike is a frustrated narciss..t . He is going cookoo & he needs help with his mental health. He is the one with the problem and it is evident by the words he uttered via the voice note. Such people never take responsibility for anything in this world! Everything is the fault of everyone else! From the look of things, his current marriage is probably in tatters and the wife may also be going through similar issues. The so-called boy/ child people are talking about is a full grown man, common on! We are not talking about a minor. I agree totally with Emma, she and her sons need to go through therapy. Michael's fears are valid but with proper counseling and therapy, the cycle of abuse can be destroyed. I support Michael coming out to speak and defend his mother! If the father could be foolish enough to come to the media to wash his dirty linen in public, it is definitely needful for Michael to step up as a man to defend his oppressed mother! How come a marriage that has ended 10years ago , yet Emeka Ike can come out to talk carelessly in the media. Parents learn, fathers learn, paying your children school fees is not enough. No matter how much money you spend to send them to school, all those efforts will be a waste when you neglect or abuse their mother or the children! Remember old age is coming! Meanwhile potential abusers, full blown abusers & enablers of abusers will be in the comment section supporting Emeka Ike. What a shame!

Neze, as someone who has a manipulative father (he is paychologically and emotionally abusive), i totally agree with what his son did to defend his mother. Children are not stupid by standers and your behaviour as a parent can turn them away. As an adult, i have grown up and never sit at the same table as my father. I refuse to keep that negativity near me. Micheal is a grown man and Emeka is mad that he no longer has the power to manipulate him. People outside this family need to keep their mouths shut and stop blaming Emma. We children know our parents inside out!! The world outside only knows the image our parents show them and that included their so called best of friends.

I applaud Michael to be his mothers strength and protect his mom. No right thinking human will be at ease seeing his mom being castigated like Emeka did. Let’s be truthful to ourselves. All we requesting from him now is to go back to school and get a degree irrespective of whatever path he chooses to disprove his father and all his accomplice. It’s not late . As far as he came out of Emeka’s loins, he will surely need his blessings someday.Irrespective of how pained Emeka may be, he knows he didn’t handle his family affairs well with his bitter words in the public. We are not wishing Emeka bad but he should be reminded that the South African woman he adores now cannot tolerate all that Emma did to Emma & I hope he learned from his past mistakes. Emma must Support her children to avoid dropping out of their education as much as possible
These children have gone through a lot trauma and everyone of them should undergo therapy. I hope they heal well and find peace. Divorce affects children most especially when it ended ugly May God help them

16:33 😢 I remember one article on the newspaper years ago. A 13 year old girl was raped and some people gave their opinions which were published on the paper. Some men blamed women as usual 😅, one said "when you enter a man's room, take what you see", I like how did you get there from seeing that the girl is under age? It's like a woman is born with blame, even the prepubescent ones aren't spared. I was 8 when an older man of over 30 asked me to have fun with him. Anytime I remember this mess, I'm grateful it didn't get to the tragic point, because I had no idea what he meant till much later. The men think it's okay to sleep with minors as long as they agree, even when the law says otherwise. I'm beginning to question the superiority of men since they can be seduced, controlled and deceived by girls below 13 😂😂, there's one American man that shared his story of an 18 year old that broke his heart several times 😂😂😂 and Oga was 31😮😮 so explain how we are the weaker ones when they can't be accountable for anything?

Is only GOD can save that woman and her children.

    • @badjujuwan
      @badjujuwan 8 месяцев назад +7

Your story is very common and all I can say is you are not doing your children any favors by staying. Sorry to say, but as abusive as your husband is, you are being neglectful by not providing a safe environment for your children. I am an adult who grew up in a very abusive and toxic household and went through this mess. Decades later, my siblings and I can still recall the abusive household and we have to work very hard to deal with our traumas. The longer your children are in that space, the longer YOU are in that space, the more you all suffer. You children will carry this trauma their entire lives and if they are lucky, they will seek therapy so they do not pass that abuse to their own children.
All I can say is LEAVE NOW! The minute someone lays their hands on you, they no longer respect you. When you leave, they love-bomb until you return and the abuse will resume. People like that will not change because they don't respect you; they will say what sort of person will come back. It might be very difficult to leave, you may face hardships, but you need to do it. Your children might be angry with you today, but they will learn to love, respect and honor you.
Wishing you and your family all the best. 🖤🖤🖤

I cannot agree more with you Neze on this matter. It seems to me that the way pur society treat women is the main reason why so many women die in silence and their children become motherless like Osinachi.
My ex was verbally, emotionally and physically and spiritually abusive. He turned our children and wife to slaves to serve him. The children saw him until he started threatening to kill and cause bodily harm. The authorities took him away. Until today some of the African society member keeps blaming the wife. Guess what at least I am still alife to be able to care amd nature my children. I am not intoxicated by the words of what would people say. Yes I remember the mistreatment my mum endured in our family home. But my dad was cruel to me so many times, outside of my mum. Now apparently I can't say I dislike this man without my dad's relatives saying my mum is brainwashing me. Like he was mean to ME, I hate him for me. Not for 2nd hand hatrade. But in our African society kids can't have their own opinion. Someone brainwashed you. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I obviously know that mother and son in this issue are speaking thier truth. That man just doesn't want the world to know his dark side. Only.thus he is trying to manipulate them into silence.
