Technically the musical composition isn't racist because the definition of racism is "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the substructure of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized." and it points out by an "individual, community, or institution" though in this musical composition he insult's every race so it is more homogeneous to ridiculing everyone including himself because I'm sufficiently certain he is an American and if he isn't he has to be somewhere in the musical composition and to pile more evidence on top of this case he says at 2:03 "I'm just joking if you didn't know" so yes he is not identified as a racist person he is simply just spreading homogeneous jokes pointed to a large margin of humanity.
