Pappas was always their best drummer. Glad he came back, especially for songs like this

If only these guys could have played this well back in their prime. This bass player adds so much to the performance with his backing vocals, as with all the videos from this DVD. Post performance edit or not, it's damn good.

One of the my favorite albums ever. And I’m not even big into emo-type music.
Pretty bomb. I doubt it'll happen but I hope they come back for say hello to sunshine, that album was the root of my musical influence for many years.
***** it's a shame they didn't tour SHTS, I understand why they didn't. Just wish I could have made the one show. Finch "fans" who hate SHTS are just WIITB fans, not Finch fans. Everytime I listen to sunshine I still can't believe something that good and advanced for a post hardcore band to come up with happened 10 years ago. No one has came close to that level of musical experimentation and it sound anywhere near as good. I wish it got the wide spread attention it deserves, and still deserves.
Yeah, some people didn't grow up with the band- they stayed in high school. There are some great fucking bands still don't get me wrong, but yeah I can't recall any other punk oriented band having ever made such a successful and giant leap of sound the way they did.
+Ryan Utterback (Polyrhythem) I'd say Thrice had some seismic shifts in style and musicality. Not to discount your comments on Finch. :)

This is really surprising lol. They sound really good here. Like really great. I saw finch live 3 times back in the day and they never once sounded and good...i was always disappointed lol.

They don't sound like this in live. I'm pretty sure there are post mixing on this live.

Of course there's post mixing. That's the case with every single concert ever put out on video. You can't just record 16+ tracks for a live show and not mix it for the DVD.
