Hey man, love your channel. Super inspiring. I csnt seem to get my seams to match up when doing the difference slants for the breast piece (chest armor) do you have a specific way of handling that? I cut my eva foam slanted but csnt ever make it as smooth as you.
If I want the mannequins to have thicker legs and booty, do I just scale it up? Can you maybe make some thicker parts for the patterns? For instance no more chicken legs for the male mannequin.

Yes but you may need to tape the entire thing so it doesn't collapse. And you'd probably need to create a different type of PVC Pipe stand. You could use Great Stuff Spray Foam but that can be a hassle. I'm not sure if what I've said is accurate as I'm just assuming.

I saw this when it came up on Etsy and wondered if it was as good as the duct tape torso I did last year. It takes the normal method of making armor, But you tape it back together then use old clothing or shopping bags to stuff your dummy. It lacks a head, Also I needed to hold it up, I ended up getting the stand threw Amazon. If I had seen something like this last year I might have tried this first.
i just cut out all your patterns today,, foamwork will start tomorrow will be making 2, 1 in 10mm and 1 in 5 mm have made a male using another pattern i doctored up it had over 80 parts no head ,hands or feet as yet
